The "Manual payments" functionality makes it possible to keep track of transactions that take place outside the platform: cash payment, card-to-card payment, through a payment system that is not supported by the platform. The client makes a “manual payment”, and you change the status of his order. You can also make the payment yourself, without the client’s participation.

System for making manual payments
"Manual payments" are made through a special payment system. Create it in the Settings → Integrations → Payment systems → merchant for manual payments:
After clicking on the “+ new payment system” button, a menu will open, as in the screenshot below, where you need to select “merchant for manual payments”
In the new window, enter the name of the payment system. An image and description of the payment system is optional. Open additional payment system parameters and enter:

In order to pay for an offer “manually”, go to its settings, and in the “Payment system” field, select the payment system created above.
Send the client a message with a “Buy” button, followed by an offer or a link to the offer.
When paying for an offer, the client can select the payment date (1) - the default will be today's date, and leave a comment on the payment (2):
After clicking on “Pay”, the payment will be processed and the buyer will see the corresponding window:
The order will be displayed in the table of the "Orders and sales" section with the status "Open":
Change order status
If you, as a manager, confirm payment for the order, change the order status to “Allowed”; if you do not confirm, change it to “Rejected”. To do this, go to the "Payments" tab (1) and confirm or reject the order (2):
When confirming or rejecting an order, you can adjust the price, currency and payment date, and also leave a comment:

If you do not have time to confirm payment for the order within the time specified in the additional settings of the offer, the order will automatically accept the status “Rejected”. By default, when creating an offer, 30 days are given to pay for the order: |
If you are returning payment to the client, then change the order status to “Refund”. To do this, click on the "Make a return" button:
When the status of an order changes, an indicator displaying information about the order appears in the chat with the customer who placed the order. Indicators are displayed only in platform chats. The client doesn't see them.
Making manual payments yourself
If you want to make a payment without the client’s participation, click on the “Add manual payment” button:
Specify the name of the client from CRM to whom the payment will be assigned and the name of the paid offer:
The list of offers will only display those with a system for manual payments added in their settings, so don’t forget to add it.
Further, the mechanism is the same as for manual payment by the client. You need to go to Orders and Sales → Payments and confirm payment for the order.
You can also make a manual payment through a customer card; to do this, open the customer card and go to the Order History section
Click on the "add manual payment" button. Afterwards, the window that appears will indicate the name of the client to whom you want to add a manual payment and a field with the choice of offer
Check that the offer includes a merchant for manual payments. Then, select an offer and click on the "create payment" button.
You will see a window with an offer, where you need to indicate the client’s email and phone number, after which, click on the “pay” button
Next, after completing these steps, you need to confirm the manual payment, you can also do this from the customer card. To do this, go back to the Order History section and click on "+" to expand the order, which will have the status "open"
After this, hover your mouse over the name of the payment order and a pop-up window will appear where you can select the action to confirm or reject the order.
After clicking on “confirm”, a window will appear where you need to fill in the order details and click “confirm”.
The order you added will receive the status "Completed".
