When setting up a funnel with a list of statuses, the final status for a lost deal includes a checkbox called “Rejection Reasons.”

If this checkbox is enabled, the user will have the option to specify a list of reasons.

When a manager changes the deal status to "Lost," they will be required to select one of the rejection reasons.

The rejection reasons are cross-functional, meaning they are separate entities that can be used across different sales plans. This allows for filtering capabilities — for example, filtering all deals with a specific rejection reason, regardless of the sales plan.
