The platform offers the function of connecting to the Twilio SMS service and working through it.
In order to start working with it, you must register.
Go to http://www.twilio.com and click Sign Up:
Next, enter your registration information:
NameSurname
Email address
Password
User Agreement (you must check the box, we recommend that you read it first)
Start the trial period
On the next question you can select "No":

Go to the email you specified during registration and confirm your email:

Confirmation by copying and following the link
You can choose one of the available methods.
Next, you need to confirm your phone number:
Enter your current phone number (you will receive an SMS with a special code)
Confirm using your phone number to access your account
Click to complete Verification
After completing the steps, you need to enter the code that was received in the SMS message and click Submit:
After passing verification, you will be taken to the dashboard (administrative panel) of this service.
Here you need to get a special phone number, which will be used for future mailings.
To get a number, click Get a Number:
You will see a confirmation window for receiving the number. You can click Choose this Number (as shown by the arrow), or Search for a different number if you don’t like the given number and want to get a different one:
Next, we will receive data from you for integration:
Next, on the page that opens, you need to:
Select Account SID
Open Auth Token
To integrate Twilio, go to your platform and:
Select the "Settings" section (menu on the left)
Click on "Messengers"
Select "+New connection"
Select the Twilio icon as marked in the screenshot below:
In the window that opens, you need to enter the data that you received when registering on Twilio, namely:
Account
Token
The phone number you received from Twilio
Click on Join
After making all the settings, if the connection is successful, you will see the status “Enabled”:
To send paid SMS messages, you also need to specify the webhook URL in your Twilio settings. For this:
In your Dashoboard of Twilio settings, go to the Phone numbers tab
Click on the phone number
In the window that opens, scroll to the very bottom to the Messaging section (1)
In this section, in the A MESSAGE COMES IN (2) and PRIMARY HANDLER FAILS (2) fields, Webhook should be indicated and indicate the following URL there: https://app.leeloo.ai/twillio/receive/5df3d3d6979e57000c51
BUT! 5df3d3d6979e57000c51 - instead of these numbers, you need to indicate the id of your connection, which you can copy in the settings of your bot by clicking on the “copy id” button.
Once you have specified the required settings, press the SAVE button (3).
If, when sending SMS through the platform, you receive a failed sending message error (failed to send the message), then you need to double-check the geo location settings on the Twilio side, using this link: Permission to send an SMS or MMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the 'To' number | Twilio indicate the necessary ones countries and try sending again
Creating newsletter subscribers
In order to send SMS newsletters to a particular audience, you need to first create SMS subscribers. There are several ways to do this.
First method (individual):
You can create an SMS subscriber through the Customer Card.
To do this, open the Card of the required subscriber and click + Create a communication channel.
Select SMS and then select Create.
Here you can select the required bot through which the interaction will take place.
Second method (mass):
Mass creation of SMS accounts occurs in the CRM section, through the Mass Actions function.
Just as with creating email accounts, you select the required audience, then select the “Create subscribers” mass action.
Select the type of subscriber, SMS subscriber, and the SMS bot through which the interaction will take place.
Third way:
You can create an SMS account and/or send SMS through the Action block (red block). It is enough to set the appropriate parameters in it:
