Audience


View basic information about your customers in the form of a list, call them, carry out mass actions with them: add and remove a tag, export to csv, unsubscribe from the tunnel, and add to the sales plan in the Audience section of the platform:





In this section you can:

  • see the audience;

  • manage clients;

  • work en masse;

  • filter;

  • analyze;

  • view information;

  • add clients and much more.

The Audience section of the platform solves various business problems, which makes it easy to implement currently necessary business activities.

 

Audience Table

 

When a new user subscribes to one of your company's tunnels, a record of the new person's subscription is added to Audiences.

  1. Audience section;

  2. Filter by gender, you need to select the desired gender and apply it with the “Filter” button;

  3. Please note that gender data is transmitted by instant messengers such as Vkontakte and Facebook;

  4. Filter by messenger;

  5. Filter by phone number in the client card;

  6. Filter by the presence of email in the client card:

  7. When subscribing, messengers do not transmit the client’s contacts; data can be obtained when subscribing via LGT with the fields telephone number, email and other fields.

  9. Clear - deletes all previously selected filters;

  10. Filter - applies the specified filters;

  11. More - opens the filtration panel.

  12. Add contact - add a user manually.

  13. You can add a user only if there are connected services for email or SMS distribution;

  17. There is a maximum of 30 contacts on one page;

  18. Mass actions section - allows you to perform mass manipulations with the audience;

  19. The following options are available - Add Tag, Remove Tag, Move to Archive, Black List, Sign, Unsubscribe, Import, Export, Add to Sales Plan, Add SMS/Email;

  20. Search by specific parameter in the client card, you can search by name or phone number or email;

  1. Checkbox for selecting all clients on the page;

  2. Checkbox for selecting a specific user;

  3. List of contacts in the client card;

  4. List of tags in the client card;

  5. List of sales plans in which the client was added;

  6. The number of sales made by the client;

  7. The number of communication channels that are in the client’s card;

  8. Client’s name on the platform, when you click on the name, the client’s card opens;

  9. Setting up the pegs in this section which will be displayed by default as all on.

  10. Number of client cards/communication channels; one card can have several communication channels.

 


Client filtering

Filter clients by different filters: messenger, tunnel, lead generation tool, ordered/purchased offer, status, etc. To do this, use a filtration panel. It is located in the upper right corner of the page:

To filter clients, set the desired filtering parameters (tag, tunnel, etc.), and click the button Button resets all filtering parameters in the filter panel, but the filtering results remain. To display all results without filtering (i.e. all clients), after clearing the filters, click the button
