This instruction will help you in such cases :
If you need to import a customer database into the http://Leeloo.ai platform from a third-party system (for example, such as ZoHo CRM, etc.)
You want to import the database previously exported from http://Leeloo.ai
You can do this by importing an external file in Excel format with *.xlsx extension.
Let's look at what steps need to be taken step by step:
Prepare an import file in Excel format with the extension .xlsx. The presence of the "social_id" field containing the client messenger identifier is required. It is also recommended to fill in the "name" field; the remaining fields are optional. If you don't have a client messenger ID, fill in the "social_id" field with any numeric value (for example, 111, 222, 333, etc.).
If the "social_id" field is not filled in, you will receive an error message.

Next, open the downloaded file and make changes to it according to the recommendations.

To import a customer database:
In the "Audience" section (1) in the upper right corner, click the "Bulk Actions" button
In the menu that opens on the right, select the “Import” menu item (2)
In the “Import from file” menu that opens on the right:
Select a file in Excel format with *.хlsx extension, with the “social_id” and “name” fields filled in, other parameters are optional. You can download an example file above.
Select the bot on whose behalf the messages will be sent to these clients; the bot must match the client’s messenger.
Before importing, we recommend creating several import files with the *.хlsx extension, breaking down clients by messenger type. If the messenger identifier in the “social_id” field does not match the bot’s messenger type, messages will not be sent to the imported client.
Select tunnel (optional)
If you do not specify the tunnel and LGT when importing, then the imported client will be assigned a default tunnel with the name “Default tunnel”.
Select tags (optional)
After selecting a file and a bot, the “Import clients” import confirmation button is activated, after clicking on which clients will be imported from the file.
If you previously “Exported” clients from your http://Leeloo.ai platform account, then when you re-import existing clients, the data in the client card will be updated to those in the imported file. To update data on a client, it is necessary that the value of the “social_id” field matches the “social_id” of an existing client in the database, as well as the match of the bot selected during import (clause 3.2) with the type of messenger specified in the client’s card, if the field value is “social_id” or bot does not match the data of an existing client, a new client card will be created. For example, if you previously exported client data, changed the value of the “Name” field in the file, but did not change the value of the “social_id” field, during the reverse import, the client’s name in the client card will be changed to the new one specified in the imported file.
