Client's Card
1. Introduction
Definition
Client's Card is the central data spine of the Leeloo.AI platform: a centralized subscriber profile that aggregates all data from every module of the platform (LGT, Sales Tunnels, Chats, Sales Plans, Offers, Orders & Sales, Tasks, Phone, CRM). It is used at every stage of the customer lifecycle — from the first touch (Attract) to repeat purchases (Retain) and analytics (Analyze).
Client's Card is the single data spine of the platform (PRD Appendix E, invariant #7). All modules read from the card and write to it. You can open the card from any place on the platform where subscribers are listed: Chats, CRM, Audience, filter panel. The card consists of 9 sections: one compact — the quick access card in Chats, and the other eight — separate tabs inside the full card.
B2B operator (sales manager, marketer, team lead, support agent) works with the client's card continuously: opens it from chat when handling a new lead, adds tags, creates tasks, switches between sales plans, tracks order and payment history, listens to calls, merges subscriptions when a client arrived via several channels.
B2C client (subscriber) does not see the card directly — it is an internal tool for the B2B team. However, every action — subscribing via LGT, going through a tunnel, reacting in chat, filling out a form, purchasing through an offer, paying, replying to a manager, making a call — becomes a record in their card. The card captures the complete history of the client's interaction with the business.
Client's Card is the central data spine of the Leeloo.AI architecture. All platform modules write to it or read from it: LGT registers the subscription event, Sales Tunnels — block progression, Chats — messages, Sales Plans — deal stages, Offers — orders, Orders & Sales — payments, Tasks — manager tasks, Phone — calls. The Dashboard module (stage Analyze) is the only read-only consumer that simply aggregates data from all other modules via client cards.
After reading you will understand:
what Client's Card is and why it is the central data spine of the Leeloo.AI platform;
which data is aggregated into the card and from which modules it comes;
how to open the card from Chats, CRM, Audience, and the filter panel;
how the card is used at every stage of the customer lifecycle — from Attract to Analyze;
how to merge subscriptions of a client who arrived through several communication channels;
how to read client logs and reconstruct the history of their interaction with the business.
Purpose
Client's Card is the central data spine of the Leeloo.AI platform: a single storage of the subscriber profile through which all data flows between modules. It guarantees the integrity of client information at every step of the lifecycle — from the first touch to repeat purchases and analytics. The specific function of the card in business processes depends on the stage the client is currently at.
Attract — on the first subscription event (subscribing via LGT, form, button, widget, QR code, or FB ad) a client's card is created automatically with source tracking: communication channel, LGT type, UTM tags, subscription date and time. Job — record the acquisition fact and preserve attribution for evaluating channel performance later.
Engage — the card accumulates the client's action history as they pass through Sales Tunnel blocks: which messages they received, which buttons they clicked, which branches they followed. In the «Subscription history» section the B2B operator sees every tunnel the client is subscribed to and can manually subscribe them to a new tunnel or unsubscribe from an outdated one. Job — accumulate behavioral signals for segmentation and warming up the audience.
Manage — the manager runs the deal through the card: adds tags, creates tasks and meetings in the «Tasks» section, works with calls in «Phone calls», manages deal status and amount in «Sales plans», leaves notes in the quick access card. Job — move the lead through the funnel to the next conversion step without losing context.
Convert — the «Order history» section of the card automatically records every order and payment of the client: successful payments, transaction statuses, manual payments, the toggle between regular and recurring orders. The manager responsible for a specific payment is pinned here for KPI calculation. Job — record the payment fact and link it back to the acquisition source and the manager's work.
Retain — the card stores the client's full LTV history: every repeat purchase, recurring payment, reaction to follow-up tunnels and promotional campaigns. Based on this data segments for reactivation are built, and the B2B operator subscribes the client to a new tunnel right from the card. Job — increase LTV and bring the client back to a repeat purchase.
Analyze — the Dashboard module aggregates data from all client cards into summary metrics: number of subscribers by source, conversions by stage, ROI and CAC by LGT, repeat-purchase dynamics. The card itself also contains a «Client logs» section — a chronological list of every action on the platform for drilling into specific cases. Job — get a complete picture of every client and of the business as a whole.
