Settings
1. Introduction
Definition
«Settings» is the section of the Leeloo.AI platform where the B2B operator configures their company: organization data, user access, channel and payment integrations, and CRM and content parameters. It is a cross-cutting infrastructure module that serves the entire customer lifecycle, but above all relates to the Manage stage: this is where the rules are set by which all other modules operate — from connecting a bot to displaying data in the client's card.
«Settings» do not exist on their own — they lay the foundation for all other platform entities: communication channels, payment systems, tags, custom fields and variables. Without correctly filled-in settings no channel will connect, no payment will go through, and the CRM will not be able to segment the audience. Read more about the cross-cutting role of infrastructure in the Cross-cutting section.
The B2B operator (business owner, administrator, or marketer) opens «Settings» via the «Settings» button in the platform's main menu and goes through the grouped tabs one by one: fills in company data, adds users and roles, connects messengers and payment gateways, and configures CRM tags and fields.
The B2C client (subscriber) does not interact with «Settings» directly — they never see this section. But every choice the operator makes here determines how the client receives a message, through which channel, in which language, and with which data fields their card is created.
In the Client's Card, «Settings» have an indirect effect: the tags, custom fields and variables defined here become the structure by which other modules write and read client data.
After reviewing this guide you will understand
what the «Settings» section is and what role it plays as the platform's cross-cutting infrastructure;
which groups of settings exist: Company, Integrations, CRM Settings and Content;
how settings relate to other modules — communication channels, payments, CRM, and the Client's Card;
what each tab is responsible for and where to direct the operator for detailed configuration;
why correctly filling in settings is a mandatory condition for all other modules to work.
Purpose
«Settings» is the company's configuration center, which makes the work of all other modules predictable and manageable. Its specific function depends on the customer lifecycle stage at which the parameters defined here are used.
Manage is the section's primary stage: here the operator connects communication channels and payment systems, adds users and roles, and configures the CRM tags and fields by which the audience is segmented and served. The job — to provide the infrastructure on which day-to-day management of clients and the team is built.
As a cross-cutting module, «Settings» also serves the other stages (Cross-cutting): the messengers connected here open up attraction and engagement, payment gateways open up conversion, and company data and localization support retention. The job — to set a single configuration foundation for the entire lifecycle.
2. Overview of the «Settings» section
The section is opened from the platform's main menu via the «Settings» button. Inside, the settings are grouped into four blocks — Company, Integrations, CRM Settings and Content — each of which contains a set of tabs with individual configurations.
2.1. Company
The Company block is responsible for the organization's basic data, access, and notifications:
Main Information — fill in information about your company.
Account — view your package payment history.
Notifications — specify which actions you want to receive email notifications for.
Users — add new users to the system.
Roles — create, configure, and delete company roles.
Init Code — copy the company's init code.
2.2. Integrations
The Integrations block connects external services — communication channels, payments, telephony, and analytics:
Messengers — connect communication channels (bots) to your company.
Payments — connect payment systems, including manual payments.
IP Telephony — connect OnlinePBX and Binotel telephony.
Membership — add data for integration with the WordPress MemberMouse plugin.
FB & Google Analytics — receive additional data from third-party analytics services.
Other Integrations — connect other integrations.
Leeloo API — configure integration with other services.
2.3. CRM Settings
The CRM Settings block defines the data structure and rules for serving clients:
Tags — add tags to the system.
Client Management — control what account information the client can see.
Membership Packages — create subscription packages for automatically providing access to restricted content after payment.
Dialogs — configure company dialogs.
2.4. Content
The Content block manages variables, fields, data protection, and publishing:
Variables — create, edit, and delete variables.
Fields — create, edit, and delete custom fields.
Data Protection — add privacy policies.
Sites — connect custom domains.
Localization (beta) — configure language versions of content to support an international audience.
