This page allows you to create and delete tags.
A tag is a characteristic of a client that will allow you to group them in any way you want.
A tag can be linked to a client in the client card, and after that, using the filter panel, you can find all clients with this tag.
As a criterion for grouping, you can choose anything: the client’s purchases or age, the presence of a car or place of residence, etc.
In order to create a tag, you need to go to Settings (1) - CRM Settings (2) - Tags (3).
In order to add a tag, you need to click on the "Add tag" button (4).
Now, when creating a tag, we can add an icon to it (1), choose the color of the icon (2) and make it important (3).

4 - input field for a new tag. Here you can enter any text, which will become a tag. And then you should click on the “Create tag” button. When creating an important tag, you must choose an icon. If you do not do this, the tag will not be saved and a warning will appear under the icons “You need to select an icon.”
5 - buttons for removing tags. Deletion is irrevocable; the tag will be deleted from all clients for whom it was installed.

9 - a button that allows you to edit an existing tag.
10 - a button that shows subscribers with a specific tag in the “CRM” section. When you click on this button, the “CRM” section will open in a separate browser window, which will show all subscribers for a specific tag.
This way, you can make life easier for managers who handle chats. They will know that, for example, platform users who have the “smiley” tag have just subscribed.
Assigning tags to clients
Add a new tag field. Start writing the name of the tag and select the required tag from the list that appears; A list of tags already installed for the client will also be shown in this field. If the tag does not exist, then you can create it in the client card.
If you filter by these tags, you will find all users who have this tag assigned.
