Call history

The client card allows viewing the call history.

To do this, go to Audience/ChatsSelect a clientOpen profilePhone calls

  1. Add call – allows uploading a call from an external source.

  2. Avatar – displays the avatar of the manager who made the call.

  3. Call audio player – allows listening to the recorded phone conversation.

  4. Upload recording – a button for uploading the call recording if it has not been uploaded yet.

  5. Manager's name – displays who made the call.

Add recording

You can also add a conversation from an external source if you have a recorded call.

  1. Save – save button.

  2. Cancel

  3. From – input field for the number from which the call was made.

  4. To – input field for the number the call was made to.

  5. Manager – profile of the manager who made the call.

  6. Date – call date.

  7. Upload file – button to upload the call recording.
