Call history

The client card allows viewing the call history.
To do this, go to Audience/Chats → Select a client → Open profile → Phone calls
Add call – allows uploading a call from an external source.
Avatar – displays the avatar of the manager who made the call.
Call audio player – allows listening to the recorded phone conversation.
Upload recording – a button for uploading the call recording if it has not been uploaded yet.
Manager's name – displays who made the call.
Add recording
You can also add a conversation from an external source if you have a recorded call.
Save – save button.
Cancel
From – input field for the number from which the call was made.
To – input field for the number the call was made to.
Manager – profile of the manager who made the call.
Date – call date.
Upload file – button to upload the call recording.
