Step 1. Go to Events Manager

In TikTok Ads go to Tools → Events Manager.

Click Connect Data Source. Choose Web.

Skip the URL step. Choose Manual Setup. Select Events API.

Enter the source name.

  1. Name - specify the Connection Name on the Leeloo.AI platform

  2. Pixel ID - insert the Pixel ID copied earlier (Step 4). Or under the name of your Data source in the TikTok ADS cabinet.

  3. Access Token - insert the Access Token from your previously copied Data source (Step 4). Or in the Settings tab of your Data source, in the Events API.

  4. Test Code - insert the copied Test Event Code from the Test events section in your Data source (Step 5).

  5. Click Save.

Step 8. Adding Events

Click on the name of the connected DataSet.
Click Add Event (Add Event).

Specify:

  1. Event name on the platform.

  2. Event type.

  3. Link to LGT (mini-landing) or your personal website.

  4. Event data.

  5. If you need to substitute values from the client card, select the required variable from the lead card variables list, click the blue plus (+).
    Choose the variable and set a fallback (e.g., null).

After creating and filling in the fields, click OK — the test event is sent immediately.

Sending Events from the Leeloo.AI Platform

In LGT:

  1. Open your LGT, go to the "Traffic" tab

    1. Action type - "subscription"
    2. In the "Analytics" field, specify the previously created TikTok analytics
    3. Specify the created event you want to use to track the subscription to the bot.

  1. Go to Sales Tunnels → Offers → Select the category of the desired offer
