Customer Lifecycle in Leeloo.AI
Introduction
What You Will Get
An understanding of how Leeloo.AI makes money for your business — from the first touch with a person to repeat purchase. What each section of the platform is for.
A simple analogy: you have a conveyor belt turning visitors into buyers. At each stage of the conveyor, a different Leeloo tool works. This document is a map of the tools: what turns on at which step.

Lifecycle Diagram
1. ATTRACT — Attraction
A person learns about your business for the first time. They see your ad on Facebook, read a post in a Telegram channel, scan a QR code, click a link in Instagram bio. At this moment, they are still not your subscriber — just a passerby, and can easily leave and forget about you.
The goal of this stage is to turn the passerby into a subscriber with contact information. This is done by LGT (Lead Generation Tool) — 8 types of entry points: landing pages, forms, widgets, popups, QR codes, FB ads. The source (UTM, channel, ad) is also recorded to later calculate ROI.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
A person sees your Facebook ad “Download the apartment selection checklist.” They click “More” → a Mini Landing on the Leeloo domain opens. They see a button “Get in Telegram,” click it → your Telegram bot writes to them first. They subscribe. In Leeloo, their Customer Card: name, Telegram ID, UTM “FB Q3 checklist,” source “mini-landing FB ads,” subscription time is created. Next, the ENGAGE stage is activated.

LGT — Lead Generation Tools — 8 types of subscriber entry points
Audience — mass import of leads from external CRM
2. ENGAGE — Engagement
The subscriber is in the database but not yet ready to buy. They need time, trust, understanding of value. If bombarded with sales messages — they will unsubscribe. If silent — they will forget within a week.
The goal of this stage is to automatically warm up the subscriber until they are ready to buy or at least talk to a manager. This is done by Sales Funnels — pre-configured message chains with conditions and delays. They work 24/7 without your involvement.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
A subscriber came through the checklist “How to choose an apartment.” After an hour, Leeloo automatically sends: “Hi, I’m Anna, the agency founder. Here is your checklist.” After a day — “3 common buyer mistakes, 5-minute video.” After 3 days — invitation to a webinar. Those who attended and watched → automatically moved to the “warmed up” group, the manager sees — the lead is ready. Those who didn’t come → went down the red path for reactivation with a recording and promo code.
Platform Sections
Sales Funnels — funnel builder with 8 types of blocks
AI Support — answers typical questions based on keywords (rule-based)
AI Assistant — LLM assistant on OpenAI, dialogues like a live person
Chats — unified inbox from all messengers for manual replies
Webinars — integration with Webinar Stars, webinar events → funnel triggers
Dialogs — support mode, stops all automation while resolving requests
3. MANAGE — Management
The subscriber is “warmed up” — attended a webinar, left a request, wrote “I want more details.” A manager personally connects: sees the hot lead in CRM, opens their full history (what they read, clicked, watched), conducts a personal dialogue. Objections, discounts, installments — this is manual work.
Sales Funnels continue to work in the background — sending related content based on triggers, moving the deal through statuses, notifying the manager about stalled deals.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
A lead attended a webinar, left a request for consultation. Leeloo automatically creates a deal in CRM in the “New” status, assigns Anna based on “evenly among managers” principle. Anna opens the Customer Card → sees full history → writes in Chats: “Hello, I saw you registered for a consultation. Is tomorrow at 3 PM convenient?” Sets a Task — call tomorrow. If the lead “goes to think” — one click subscribes them to a closing chain from funnels with reviews and cases.
Platform Sections
CRM (Sales Plans) — deal pipeline: Kanban board with custom statuses
Tasks — manager’s personal task tracker: reminders, calls, follow-ups
Smart Mailing — mass communication to deal segments in one click
Sales Funnels work alongside the manager — automatic content and status transitions
4. CONVERT — Conversion
The decision is made — the client is ready to buy. The only thing left is to physically transfer the money. At this stage, the client sees the payment page (Offer), chooses a convenient method — card, Monobank, PayPal, installment plan — and pays. Leeloo accepts the payment through the connected gateway, records the Order, and starts onboarding.
This is the moment of truth: the entire previous funnel worked for this second. An inconvenient checkout kills conversion — the client should not have to think about how to pay.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
The manager sends a link: “Here is the payment page for the PRO course — $349.” The client opens the Offer → sees the cover, description, discount “-20% with promo code,” price $349. Chooses “Monobank” → sees the option “Installment plan for 3 payments of $116” (MONO installments). Pays the first payment. Leeloo receives an event from the payment gateway → records Order = Completed → status in CRM → “Paid” → automatically starts the onboarding funnel
Platform Sections
Offers — payment page builder: price, currency, recurring, installment, limits
Payment Gateways — 7 active providers (Stripe / WayForPay / Fondy / PayPal / Monobank / Payme / Asset) + Manual for offline payments
Orders and Sales — registry of all transactions: successful, declined, refunds
5. RETAIN — Retention
The client bought — and most businesses forget about them forever. This is a huge mistake. After the first purchase, the real work begins: turning a one-time buyer into a regular customer. Attracting a new customer costs 5-10 times more than selling to an existing one.
The goal of this stage is to send onboarding (how to use the product), remind about activity, do upsell, reactivate bored customers, send holiday promotions with personal discounts. The main tools are Sales Funnels and Smart Mailing.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
The client bought the “Start” course for $149. Immediately after payment, Leeloo automatically sends onboarding through the funnel: “Here is the link to the material, start with lesson 1.” After 7 days — “How is your progress?” After 30 days — upsell “PRO course with a 20% discount for graduates.” If the client is inactive for 90 days — Smart Mailing win-back: “We miss you, come back — promo code WINBACK30.” On their birthday — congratulations + personal promo code.
Platform Sections
Sales Funnels — separate funnels for onboarding, upsell, win-back
Smart Mailing — reactivation campaigns for dormant customers, holiday promos
CRM (Sales Plans) — repeat deals in a new Sales Plan
Recurring Orders in Orders — subscription auto-debits, reactivation control
Dialogs — for support requests from purchasing clients
6. ANALYZE — Analytics
Alongside all other stages, Leeloo counts the numbers. How much money each client brought. How much it cost to attract them. Which advertising pays off and which throws money down the drain. Which funnel converts better. Which offers return money through refunds.
The goal of this stage is to answer the question “where to spend the next marketing dollar?” based on data, not intuition. And automatically return insights to Attraction — scale what works, close what doesn’t.
Example of Work in Conjunction with Leeloo
On Monday morning you open the Admin Panel. You see for the week: 280 new subscribers, $1,400 spent on advertising → CAC = $5. 42 sales, average check $149 → ROI = 280%. In Analytics drill-down shows: LGT “Real estate checklist on Facebook” gives CAC = $2.5 — great, we scale the budget there. LGT “Podcast on Instagram” CAC = $15 — we close it. Funnel “Welcome for coaches” — conversion 8%. Funnel “Welcome for agencies” — 18%, twice as good, rewriting the first based on the second.
Platform Sections
Analytics — 21 metrics (CAC / LTV / ROI / conversions), 5 tabs, drill-down Total → Funnel → LGT → Source
Admin Panel (Dashboard) — executive summary in 8 blocks on one screen
Cross-cutting — What It Is and Why It’s Important to Know
Cross-cutting — these are components that work not at one stage, but at all stages simultaneously. They are not part of a specific conveyor step but its infrastructure.
A simple analogy: imagine a car assembly line. At each station, a part is assembled — engine, body, wheels. But electricity, conveyor belt, and parts warehouse are needed at every station simultaneously — without them, no part can be assembled.
Leeloo also has such “electricity and warehouse”:
Communication Channels — through which all messages are sent (12 messengers and Email / SMS providers). Without a connected channel, nothing works: neither LGT, nor funnel, nor chat.
Customer Card — unified subscriber data record (name, contacts, tags, history, deals). All platform modules write to and read from it. Without the card, Leeloo doesn’t know who it is.
Filter Panel — unified segmentation component. The same filter works in Chats, Audience, CRM, Orders, Smart Mailing and in the “Filter” block of the funnel.
Integrations — layer connecting to external services: AMO CRM, Bitrix24, Webinar Stars, OpenAI, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Binotel telephony, LMS Kwiga, Zapier, http://Make.com.
