Analitycs
Track the performance of your company in the context of sales tunnels by CAC, LTV, ROI indicators, add cost data to the system, generate reports, evaluate performance in the form of graphs in the Analytics section of the platform:
The Analytics section consists of 5 tabs:
Tunnels - contains complete analytics for tunnels;
Expenses - allows you to add data on expenses to the system;
Facebook - contains analytics on advertising campaigns in FB. Be sure to sync with your FB marketing account to get data;
Reports - allows you to get a report on sales plans, dialogues, or separately for a specific LGT or Traffic Source;
Messages - contains analytics on the number of messages sent to instant messengers.
Tunnel Analytics
Measure the performance of sales tunnels, lead generation tools, the traffic sources they own, and the company as a whole with metrics in the tunnel analytics table. The Tunnels tab has 3 analytics display modes:
Table - a tabular display in which you can select up to the 21st indicator of the effectiveness of your advertising company for the entire period or a certain period of time.
Table and chart- displays a summary graph showing Subscriptions, CAC, LTV and a table of 4 selected metrics (maximum).
Chart- graphs built according to the selected parameters are displayed.
Info: In each type of display, you can display analytics both for all tunnels for the entire period of the platform's operation, and separately for the tunnel, LGT or traffic source for a specific time period. Analytics for deleted objects cannot be viewed.
Analytics table for a specific tunnel
Table structure
The first row of the table - Total - displays the sum of all data from all tunnels, for the entire lifetime of the company. Even if you delete a tunnel, statistics will not be subtracted from Total:
Below "Total" is a list of company tunnels. If there is no data on the tunnel yet (for example, it is just created), then such a tunnel is not displayed in the analytics table. After receiving data on the tunnel (minimum - following the link to the LGT, which belongs to this tunnel), the tunnel along with the indicators will appear in the table within 1-2 minutes.
To see analytics for lead generation tools, click on the name of the tunnel. This will open a list of lead generation tools.
Before the name of the lead generation tool, its type is indicated (link, widget, etc.).
The statistics for the lead generation tool are formed from the statistics of the traffic sources that belong to it.
To open analytics by traffic sources, click on the name of the lead generation tool. Two groups of traffic sources will be displayed:
FB is a traffic source that was created as a result of inserting an LGT link into an ad on Facebook.
LEELOO - traffic sources created manually in the constructor of the lead generation tool + standard (Default traffic source), which is created automatically when LGT is created. More details.
To see statistics on traffic sources from the "LEELOO" group, click on its name. As the same as with FB. In LEELOO group you will see traffic sources which are created on your LGT, and on FB you will see traffic sources which are created because of synchronization with Facebook marketing account.
Table and chart
This display shows the "Subscriptions" charts and the "CAC & LTV" chart. By default, there is a display for the entire period of the company's existence, as well as a Table containing up to 4 indicators to choose from. When a specific tunnel or LGT is selected, the graphs and table will display the data for this tunnel. You can also add a comment, which will be saved and cannot be edited or deleted. This comment will be displayed at the nesting level at which you leave it. If you write it, are in the analytics for a specific tunnel, it will be visible when viewed in the analytics of this tunnel. If you write a comment while viewing analytics for a specific traffic source or LGT, then it will be displayed only when viewing analytics for this LGT or traffic source
Chart
With this display, you can plot the resulting chart for all tunnels or select specific tunnels for comparison.
on the first screen, you selecting tunnels for plotting. On the second screen choice of parameters by which the graphs will be built. After selecting all the parameters, click on the "Compare" button. A graph with all the parameters we specified is displayed in front of us.
Performance indicators
The sales tunnels performance table contains 21 indicators. Depending on the stage of the customer's passage through the sales tunnel, data will be automatically added to the table. For example, when you go to a site with a widget, +1 will be added to Views. When you hover over the widget button (open the widget), +1 will be added to Clicks, etc.
Their display in the table can be configured by clicking the "Column settings" button. Depending on the number of indicators you have selected, a table display will be generated.
Reach - following a link to a leadgentool, to a site with a widget, form or pop-up window (popup):

unique - only the first transition in the same browser is counted (provided that the cookies have not been cleared).
Impressions - the number of hovers (on mobile devices - clicks) on the widget button, clicks on the button to call a pop-up window (popup), openings of an LGT link type, openings of a site with a form. Only the first hover (from a mobile device - click) to the widget button after loading the site is counted:

unique - only the first hover (on mobile devices - clicking) in the same browser is counted (provided that the cookies have not been cleared).
Subscribers- the number of subscribers- via any messenger. Only the first subscription after loading the site counts.

unique - unique subscribers; If the same person is subscribed to several tunnels or to several LGTs within one tunnel through the same bot, then only 1 unique subscriber is counted.
subscriber price - calculated according to the formula: expense / unique subscribers;
Subscribers conversion - calculated using the formula: unique subscribers / unique views (this indicator is called Reach on the platform) * 100.
Orders - the number of generated orders (transitions to payment systems from offers):
the total number of orders;
Orders conversion - calculated using the formula: total number of orders / unique subscribers * 100.
Sales - number of successful sales:
total number of sales;
the number of unique buyers;
Sales conversion - calculated by the formula: total number of sales / unique subscribers * 100.
CAC is the cost of attracting one customer. Calculated using the formula: Costs / unique customers.
LTV is the total profit per customer. Calculated using the formula: Gross Revenue / Unique Customers.
ROI is a measure of return on investment. Calculated using the formula: (Gross Income - Expense) / Expense * 100.
Avg.check the average purchase price. Calculated using the formula: Gross profit / Total Sales.
Gross profit is the sum of income from all purchases, including manually added income in the Accounting tab.
Costs the amount of expenses from the FB advertising office and manually added expenses in the Accounting tab.
Net profit calculated by the formula: Gross profit- Costs.
Facebook marketing account
If you have a marketing account from which an advertising campaign with traffic to lead generation tools is being conducted, then we recommend synchronizing with it. To do this, click on the button
and log in intro the Facebook account where your page is located.
In order to create correct synchronization between Leeloo.ai and Facebook, you need:
synchronize your Facebook account with Leeloo.ai
create an advertisement in Ads manager
On the Leeloo.ai platform, create an LGT for this advertising campaign. One advertisement = one LGT. It is important!
Open the settings of your FB advertisements, which are in the advertisement and in the “Site URL” field - specify the link to LGT and in the “URL parameters” field write: leeloo_sync_ad_id = {{ad.id}}. If you have your UTM parameters registered in this field, nothing special, just add leeloo_sync_ad_id = {{ad.id}} equally to your UTMs. the order of placement does not matter.
After adding the links, you need to return to the Analytics - facebook section on the Leeloo.ai platform and re-sync your ad account with the button “synchronize fb”.
Then, you have to, click on the “+” and expand the advertising office to see all the advertising campaigns that it contains. In the window that opens, we find the field where you need to specify the LGT and select the LGT, which was added to the advertisements.
DONE! Now, you can start your FB campaign and in the Analytics - Tunnels section, choosing the tunnel you need and LGT, you will see the “FB” tab where there will be statistics on your ads and you can Analyze it.
When you will choose FB button, the display with the names of your advertisements will be opened
INFO: When setting up synchronization of your Facebook business manager, you cannot use personal business accounts with the Leeloo platform. In order for the synchronization to work correctly, you must use exclusively Business accounts.
Messages tab
The "Messages" tab contains analytics on the number of messages sent to instant messengers.
