Fb serverside API
Fb server side API
On the Leeloo.ai platform, you can connect your pixel from the Facebook business manager and send “conversion” events to the FB from Leeloo.ai after the subscriber has taken actions inside the sales tunnel.
Info: when you will use ref link, events will not send because off a lack of subscriber info sending via ref link
Send “conversion” events after subscribing to the sales tunnel, after you have left your phone number, paid for an intermediate or key sale, so that the FB optimizes for people who are more likely to carry out the targeted actions you need.
how to connect integration
Follow Settings - Integrations - Analytics and choose Facebook
Click add and insert necessary info
name - how will your integration call in the Leeloo.ai system
Pixel ID - id of your Facebook pixel, which you can find in the business manager settings
access token - token of your pixel which you can find in the settings tab of your pixel in the Facebook business manager
How to create an event
When you already connected your pixel, click “add event” button and the window with the event constructor will appear.
Further, in the window that appears, you need to fill in the parameters that will meet your request and will be transmitted to Facebook. For example, bypassing the “lead gean tool name” parameter, you can create a conversion event in the FB, when you subscribe exactly through the LGT you need, thereby optimizing advertising and increasing its effectiveness.
Platform Name - The name that you will enter on the platform.
Test code - a field for placing a test code for “testing events” on Facebook
Events Type Parameters - the name of Facebook events that you can specify, or if you want to create your own event, select “custom”.
Name - how the name of the event will be transmitted to the FB
action_source - where the event is generated from. We indicate “website” because events will be transmitted from the Leeloo.ai platform, the rest of the parameters, in this case, are not of interest to us.
event_source_url - you need to insert a custom domain that you verified and added in the settings to Leeloo.ai and that is verified on Facebook.
And then add:
Custom Data Parameters - parameters that we transfer to the FB and on the basis of which we can configure the conversion on Facebook. And for Analytics tracking.
INFO! When creating a “Purchase” event, the currency and value fields are required for Facebook. In the field currency - write the currency of the payment, in the field value - the cost
Also you can add other parameters to your event, you can do it with the “subscriber data“ button
How to send events and where to add them?
After you have created the events that you want to transfer from Leeloo, you need to add them to the points from which you want to transfer them to the FB. You can add parameters:
in LGT
in Offers
into the sales tunnel and transmit after the event in the sales tunnel
You can add parameters to LGT at the “traffic settings” step - “external integrations”.
When you are adding event to your LGT choose: actions type, analytics system where you want to send this event and the event you want to sent.
The same method is working in offers, where you also can add necessary events. Before you are starting to add the event, you have to create it in settings tab.
And, if you need to send the event from your sales tunnel, you can do it via the action block, where you have to add “external analytics” option and connect action block with that one, after which you want to send event to your pixel
Info! Do not forget to save each element you are updating
Recommendation: initially define the key metrics that you want to track, for example:
subscription
interim sale request
intermediate sale
key sale request
key sale
Under each action, create an event and place them:
subscription - in LGT
an order for an intermediate sale - in LGT or in a tunnel (depends on the logic of the implementation)
intermediate sale - in offer
key sale request - in LGT or in a tunnel (depends on the implementation logic)
key sale - in the offer.
Please note that the delay in sending events from Leeoo to Facebook is about 10-20 minutes.
