On the http://Leeloo.ai platform, you have the opportunity to connect your pixel from the Facebook business manager and transmit “conversion” events to Facebook from http://Leeloo.ai after the subscriber performs actions inside the sales tunnel.

If you use a “direct link”, event transmission does not work! Pay your attention to this.

Send “conversion” events after subscribing to the sales tunnel, after leaving a phone number, paying for an intermediate or key sale, so that FB optimizes for people who are more likely to carry out the targeted actions you need.

The implementation of the integration is similar to Google Analytics, but it works a little differently.

How to carry out integration?

We recommend that before launching and setting up this functionality, you connect your own domain on the platform, after connecting you need to verify the domain on the Facebook side, for more details, follow the link.

  1. It is necessary to integrate your Fb pixel and Business Manager with the http://Leeloo.ai platform. To do this, on the http://Leeloo.ai platform, go to the Settings - Analytics section and select Facebook.

2. To connect the integration you will need to specify

2.1 The name you will use within the platform

2.2 Pixel ID which you can copy into the Events manager of your FB advertising account

2.3 your advertising account token.

To receive a token, you need to go to Events Manager, click “connect data source” and then select “Internet”

API Conversions

Come up with a name that is clear to you; the field for specifying the site can be left blank, it is not required.

Next, go to the “Settings” section, scroll down the page to the “API Conversions” item - “manual configuration”

If this item is not displayed to you, you need to add mail to your account settings.

After this, a token will be generated for you, which you need to place in the connection settings in Lila.

When you add all the data, integration with Facebook conversions will be created and you will be able to create events that you will transfer from Lilu to Facebook.


How to create events?

The next step is to create an event that will be sent to Facebook; to do this, in the settings of the integration that you added, click “add event”

Next, in the window that appears, you need to fill in the parameters that will meet your request and will be transmitted to Facebook. For example, by passing the “lead gean tool name” parameter, you can create a conversion event in FB when subscribing specifically through the LGT you need, thereby optimizing advertising and increasing its effectiveness.

Platform name - the name you will indicate on the platform.

Test code - a field for placing test code for “event testing” of Facebook

Events Type Parameters - the name of the Facebook events that you can specify, or, if you want to create your own event, select “custom”.

Name - how the name of the event will be transmitted to FB

action_source - where the event is generated from. We indicate “website” because events will be transmitted from the http://Leeloo.ai platform; the remaining parameters, in this case, are not of interest to us.

If we were transmitting events from any application, we could use app, that is, at this point we need to indicate which resource is being sent from. In our case, using Lila, select website.

event_source_url - you need to insert a custom domain that you verified and added in the settings in Lila and which is verified on Facebook.

And then we add:

Custom Data Parameters - parameters that we transfer to FB and on the basis of which we can set up conversion on Facebook. And for tracking Analytics.

For example, by specifying the parameter as in the screenshot, you will transfer the name of the LGT to FB and you will be able to set up a “conversion” event for the LGT you need.

You can create the same events not only for LGT, but also for other parameters, which can be added using the “+ Subscriber Data” button


How to transmit events and where to add them?

After you have created the events that you want to transfer from Lilu, you need to add them to the points from which you want to transfer them to FB. You can add parameters:

in LGT

in Offers

to the sales tunnel and transmit after the event in the sales tunnel

By analogy with Google Analytics integration, you can add parameters to LGT at the “traffic settings” step - “external integrations”.

First of all, you need to indicate which Analytical Systems you want to use, if you have several connected, or you can simply leave the checkbox enabled, as it is by default.

Next, you need to determine the type of action: subscription or viewing. (You can add both events)

subscription - the user has subscribed to the bot via LGT

view - the user has viewed LGT.

After. We indicate to Analytics where we will transmit the event:

And the last step is to indicate the event itself that you want to transmit

When you have added an event to the LGT, save your LGT

  1. Add an event to sentences.

Open the Sales Tunnels - Offers section and find the desired offer from which you want to transfer events to Facebook. For example, if you have an interim or key payment, you can create a parameter with the price of the offer and transfer it to Facebook in order to subsequently build Analytics, or optimize for those users who paid for the offer.

In the offer settings, select the “external Analitycs” item and indicate which analytical systems to add, or leave all that are specified by default

Afterwards, click “add event” and indicate the event that we want to transmit.

And additionally, we can indicate

Action type:

Processed - offer successfully paid

Rejected - payment for the offer was not successful

Opened - the user has opened the order.

Analytics: specify the analytical system where we will transmit the event

Event: specify a pre-prepared event that will be transmitted.

After adding events, save the proposal

  1. Add an event to the sales tunnel.

In the “action” block in the sales tunnel, there is an “external analytics” item. By specifying it, you can choose integration with facebook and send events directly from the sales tunnel

Selected External analytics, a menu will open where you need to specify Analytics where you want to transfer the event and the event itself

When you have added all the necessary parameters, place the “action” block in the place in the tunnel where you want to transmit this event.

Recommendation: Define initially the key indicators that you want to track, for example:

subscription

interim sale application

intermediate sale

key sale request

key sale

For each action, create an event and place them:

subscription - in LGT

application for intermediate sale - in the LGT or in the tunnel (depending on the implementation logic)

intermediate sale - in offer

application for a key sale - in the LGT or in the tunnel (depending on the implementation logic)

The key sale is in the offer.

Please note that the delay in sending events from Lilu to Facebook is about 10-20 minutes.

If you do not see this event in Ads manager, then follow the steps below

After you have seen the conversion on the Events manager side in the pixel, you need to create a Specially Configured Conversion. see screenshots below.

  1. Open the pixel that is connected to the platform

  2. Click the Create button

  3. Create a custom conversion

  1. Enter the name of the conversion

  2. Select a pixel

  3. Select the event that was transmitted from leeloo

  4. Click Create
