There are blocks of functionality that are present in many sections of the platform. For example, a user card (customer card) can be opened by clicking on the subscriber’s name in the sections: Chats, Audience, Sales Plans, Orders and Sales, as well as in the audience settings of Smart mailing recipients. The situation is similar with the filtration panel. It is present on all the same pages as the customer card. The message designer opens when creating messages: in sales tunnel blocks, in message templates, in automated responses, and so on.
