This page allows you to create and delete tags.

Description

A tag is a client characteristic of a client that will allow you to group them in any way you want.A tag can be linked to a client in the client card, and after that, using the filter panel, you can find all clients with this tag.
As a criterion for grouping, you can choose anything: the client’s purchases or age, the presence of a car or that allows grouping them arbitrarily.

You can use any parameters for grouping: purchase history, age, car ownership, place of residence, etc.

In order to create a tag, you need to go to Settings (1) - CRM Settings (2) - Tags (3).

In order to add a tag, you need to click on the "Add tag" button (4).

Assigning tags to clients

A tag can be assigned to a client through their profile card. After this, you can use the filtering panel to find all clients associated with the selected tag.
