If you need to send goods by subscription - so that the order is repeated after a certain period of time, then make it recurrent. You can set the frequency, quantity, delay and amount for periodic payments.
Recurring payment settings
To activate recurring payments for an offer, open the offer, click on opposite "Recurrent offer settings" (1) and expand the recurrent settings menu (2):
Periodic payment amount - the amount of each payment;
Currency - currency of the recurring payment;
First payment delay is the amount of time between the first payment of an offer and subsequent recurring payments. Minimum - 1 hour;
Payment frequency is the amount of time between recurring payments. Minimum - 1 hour;
Never-ending payment - activate this option if you want payments to be withdrawn continuously;
Number of payments - the number of recurrent payments (the first payment of the offer is not considered recurrent).
If the recurrent settings change, then new subscribers-buyers join under new conditions. Settings changes do not affect existing customers. Even if the offer is deleted, payments for old subscribers do not change.

Messages about the status of recurring payment
It is possible to add messages about the status of recurring payments. This can be done as for all recurring payments in AI Support → Order Automation Messages:
and for each specific offer separately in Personalized Status Messages.
Tip |
---|
If you check the “Personalized status messages” checkbox, then general order status messages are no longer valid for the offer. If you have added personalized messages only for certain order statuses (for example, “Start of recurring payments”, “Writing off recurring payments”), then when the order will acquire other statuses (for example, “End of recurring payments”, “Error in writing off recurring payments”) - the client will not receive the message. We recommend adding messages for all order statuses. |
Managing recurring payments
The list of recurring payments is displayed in the Recurrent orders tab of the Orders and Sales section. There you can also manage recurring orders: pause, resume, finish early:

Info! Note! When using recurring payments, payment via Apple\Google Pay will not give you the opportunity to withdraw payments from people automatically because such payment does not generate a special payment key, with which you can subsequently withdraw automatic payments. For recurring offers, physical input of the card number is required.
Info |

If you pause the recurring offer and then start it, the debit will occur in 5 minutes, provided that the payment deadline set in the recurring offer settings has arrived |
