This functionality is necessary so that when purchasing an offer or registering for LGT, the user leaves any additional information. This information that users leave can be used to further segment users based on the information they left. For example: gender, age, date, etc. In order to be able to add custom fields to your offers (offers) or LGT, they must be created. You can do this by going to Settings - Content - Field Management.
To add a new custom field, enter its name (1), then select the field type (2). You have the opportunity to add several types of custom fields: number, expression, date, phone, email. And click on the “add field” button (3). After adding fields, they will be displayed in this section (4).

Adding custom fields to LGT
Adding custom fields to your lead generation tool occurs at the “Content” step of your LGT constructor.
Adding custom fields to Offers
In the "Detailed information" tab, the "Contact information" item shows all the information left by the user during the transition to LGT.
Using custom fields as variables
Custom fields can now be used as variables in both chat and the sales tunnel. To register a variable in the sales tunnel, you need to open the curly brace and enter {custom field name}
Then we add this custom field to the lgt. After the client fills out this custom field, a parameter from this custom field will appear in the client card, then in the chat or in the sales tunnel block you can use {date} and the entered value will be pulled up.
The maximum length of one parameter, custom field or UTM tag = 255 characters.
