Description

This functionality is necessary to allow users to provide additional information when purchasing an offer or registering via LGT. You can also manually fill in the client’s questionnaire.

The information provided by users can be used for further segmentation based on the data they leave, such as gender, age, date, etc.

In the client card, under the “Contact Information” section, all information provided by the user during the LGT transition is displayed.

To sort users according to the information they provided in custom fields, the platform's filtering panel includes a filter called “By Custom Fields.”

How to create a custom field

  1. Go to Settings – Content – Fields.

  1. Click “+ Create Field.”

  1. Enter the field name – internal name for the platform.

  1. Enter the variable name – technical name used for API requests and as a get parameter (the “copy” button allows copying the field name).

Must be in Latin characters.

  1. Select the field type. You can add several types: number, expression, date, phone, email.

After filling in the 3 mandatory fields, a new optional field “Values” will appear.

You can add predefined answers for clients to segment them later.

  1. Click “Create.”

Types of custom fields

  1. Number – allows entering an ordinal number.

  2. Expression – allows entering text or a comment (up to 255 characters).

  3. Date – sets a date input field.

  4. Phone – adds a phone number input field.

  5. Email – adds an email input field.

Adding custom fields to LGT

  1. Open the required LGT and go to the “Content” tab.

  1. Click “+ Block.”

  1. Select the “Form” block type.

  1. Click “+ Add Field.”

  1. Select the field from the list.

  1. Click “Save.”

The field will be available for selection after transitioning to LGT.

Adding custom fields to Offers

  1. Open the required offer and activate the “Custom Fields” toggle.

  1. Click “+”.

  1. Select the required field.

  1. Click “Save.”
