Disabling a bot is an operation that consists of just a few fairly simple steps:
- Go to "Settings" (1), in the menu on the left
- Go to the "Messengers" subsection (2)
- Select the required bot and click on the 3 dots icon (3)
- Then click on “Stop” in the window that appears (4)
In exactly the same way as described above, you can resume the bot.
After stopping, the bot can be found if you select the Stopped status in the filter. And restart if necessary
Please note that disabling the bot is equivalent to deleting it, and also entails a number of consequences, so we do not recommend disabling the bot unless absolutely necessary.
