Disabling a bot (connection, traffic channel)

Disabling the bot is a process that consists of just a few fairly simple steps:

  1. Go to the "Settings" section in the menu on the left.

  2. Navigate to the "Messengers" subsection.

  3. Select the required bot and click on the three dots icon.

  4. Then click "Stop" in the window that appears.

In the same way as described above, you can resume the bot's operation.

After stopping, the bot can be found by selecting the "Stopped" status in the filter. You can restart it again if necessary.

Please note that disabling the bot is equivalent to deleting it and also entails a number of consequences. Therefore, we do not recommend disabling the bot unless absolutely necessary.
