Content:

This functionality is necessary so that when purchasing an offer or registering for LGT, the user leaves any additional information. This information that users leave can be used to further segment users based on the information they left. For example: gender, age, date, etc. In order to be able to add custom fields to your offers (offers) or LGT, they must be created. You can do this by going to Settings - Content - Field Management.

To add a new custom field, enter its name (1), then select the field type (2). You have the opportunity to add several types of custom fields: number, expression, date, phone, email. And click on the “add field” button (3). After adding fields, they will be displayed in this section (4).

  1. Enter the name of your custom field

  2. Selecting a Field Type

  3. Add new field button

  4. List of already added custom fields

Custom Field Types:

  1. Number - this field allows you to leave a serial number

  2. Expression - this field allows you to leave an expression or a small comment (255 characters available)

  3. Date - sets the field for entering the date

  4. Phone - adds a mobile phone number entry field

  5. Email - adds an email address input field

Once you have created your custom fields, you can add them to your Offers or Lead Generation Tools

Field name: internal name for the platform
Variable name: technical name of the field, used for API requests and use as a get parameter (the “copy” button allows you to copy the field name) Must be filled in Latin characters.

Type: Specifies the type of custom field

 You can now add multiple values for each custom field type. To do this, at the stage of creating a variable, in the “Values” field, click on the “Add option” button and enter the value:

In the same window you can delete (1) or change the order of added values (2):

For the user on the lead generation tool or offer, the field will be displayed as a drop-down list:

  2. When checking this box, filling out the user field will be required;

  3. arrows for moving the field up and down, and by clicking on the “cross” you can delete the field;

  4. item to add a new custom field.

This is what your custom fields will look like in the offer after you add them.

After the user has signed up for LGT, where he has left information in the user fields, you can see it in the client card.

In the "Detailed information" tab, the "Contact information" item shows all the information left by the user during the transition to LGT.

In order to sort users according to the information they left in custom fields, a filter “by custom fields” has been added to the platform’s filtering panel. You can use this filter in any section of the http://Leeloo.ai platform.

Using custom fields as variables

Custom fields can now be used as variables in both chat and the sales tunnel. To register a variable in the sales tunnel, you need to open the curly brace and enter {custom field name}

For example, if your custom field is called date and its type is "date", then the variable will look like {date} ;

Then we add this custom field to the lgt. After the client fills out this custom field, a parameter from this custom field will appear in the client card, then in the chat or in the sales tunnel block you can use {date} and the entered value will be pulled up.

The maximum length of one parameter, custom field or UTM tag = 255 characters.
