The library is a section of the platform in which you can store, export, import and share sales tunnel templates with other platform users. Templates can be either open access or closed. Templates with open access are visible to all users of the platform, while templates with closed access are visible only to users of your company and those who were given access using a secret key (more on this below).

Let's create a new template from your company's existing sales tunnel. To do this, click the "+ New template" button in the upper left corner of the Library section window:

Step 1. In the first step, we specify the basic settings of the template:

If we create a new template, then we leave this field empty; if we want to update an existing one, we select a specific template.
Give a name to the future template.
We select a tunnel in your company, based on which we create a template. This field is required, the rest are optional.
Selecting a template category.
Loading the logo template.
Add a brief description of the template.
Add a link to the board with the so-called “mind map” on Realtimeboard (Miro) or another service.
Add a link to a video on adapting the template (how to change it for yourself, an explanation of why a certain block is in a certain place and contains certain content).
Click the "Next" button to move to the next step:.

Step 2. At this step, we indicate what other elements we want to add to the template, in addition to the tunnel itself (lead generation tools and traffic sources, sales plans, smart replies). Please note that along with the tunnel, the tunnel elements that it includes - offers and message templates - will be automatically added. We also add a more detailed description of the template. You can use a text editor when adding a description. After that, click “Next”:

Step 3. Check the correctness of the entered data. If you entered something incorrectly, click on Previous, to return to the previous step and correct the data, if everything is correct, click the Build connections: button.

Step 4. Get the Secret Key (1) and the Template Contents Table (2). The secret key is used to share your template with another user of the platform by providing them with this key. The template content table displays all the elements that will be included in the template: tunnels, blocks, lead generation tools, offers, etc. Please note that a template can contain several tunnels, if the tunnel on the basis of which we create the template (selected in step 1) has connections with other tunnels, through subscribe buttons or Start/Stop functions. Then all the contents of the associated tunnels will be added to the template.

Click Share to add the template to the library.

After this, the template will appear in the library. Let's look at the functionality of the Library section:

Button to insert a secret key to gain access to a private template. When you click on the button, a line for inserting a secret code appears into which we insert the secret key and click the Add button, which is located on the left. After this, the template will appear in the list of templates.
Search string for library templates by their name or unique number.
Templates that are in the library. Only templates that you have access to are displayed.
Copy Secret Key button to unlock the template. It can be provided to another user of the platform, and he will be able to unlock your template by placing the secret key (1) in the insertion line and clicking the Add button.
Unique template number.
Tunnel layout (mind map) on Realtimeboard (new name Miro) or other layout service.
Video presentation of the tunnel in video format.
Import the template into your account on the platform. After clicking the button, the contents of the template (tunnel, lead generation tools, etc.) will be added to your company.
