If you have several sales managers working on your platform, then most likely clients are distributed between them in a certain way. You can make it so that your sales department employees can process failed payments from those clients with whom they had a dialogue. To do this, in the offer settings, check the Notify if payment is unsuccessful:

When a client fails to pay for this offer, the chat with him will be displayed in the Important tab of the employees who had a dialogue with this client. The chat information will display the date and time of the failed payment and a bell indicating that there is a failed payment. The failed payment indicator will display a link to a chat with the user who had a failed payment, as well as a link to the offer.

After clicking on the client's name, a chat with this subscriber will open, and after clicking on the Offer, the offer that was failed will open.

You can view all orders and their status in the client card (opened by clicking on the client’s name). In the "Orders" tab you will see a list of customer orders. Failed orders will be highlighted in red.

  • A chat with a client who failed to pay for an offer will appear in the Important tab only for users (sales department employees) who had a dialogue with such a client. Even if, after a failed payment, a sales manager who has not previously communicated with a client who failed to pay writes a message to him, the client’s account will not appear in the Important tab and, accordingly, he will not be able to take on the task of processing the failed payment;
  • The task for processing a failed payment can be transferred to another sales department manager, or it cannot be returned;
  • No labels
