Facebook page connection

Leeloo.ai platform allows you to connect both your existing business pages on Facebook and new business pages. If you already have a business page, proceed with connecting it to the platform. If you don't have a Facebook business page, you'll need to create one.

How to create a new page:

1. Log in to your account on facebook.com and click on the "Pages" tab.
2. Click on the "Create New Page" button. Note that only an official representative can create a page for an organization, company, brand, or public figure.
3. Enter the page name.
4. Specify the category.
5. Click on the "Create Page" button.

How to connect a new page to the platform:

1. Log in to the Leeloo.ai platform and go to the Settings section (1) → Integrations (2) → Messengers (3):

   

2. If you are connecting a page from your Facebook account for the first time, click on the "Connect with Facebook" button.

A new window will appear. In this window, log in to the Facebook account from which the pages were created and grant the requested permissions.

If the page you want to connect is not displayed, check if the checkbox next to the required page is enabled. To do this, click on the "Change settings" button.

Then, in the pop-up window, select all the Facebook pages you want to use for connecting to the Leeloo.ai platform.

For future connections of other pages from your Facebook account, you won't need to do this again.

3. After successfully "Connecting with Facebook," proceed to connect FB Messenger.

To do this, click on the "New connection" button and select the FB Messenger icon.

3. Select from the list the page you want to connect to the platform and click the "Join" button:

   
   

Upon successful connection, the messenger status will be "Enabled."

Done. After this, you will be able to connect this communication channel in the lead generation tool settings.

Possible issues during the connection process

The Facebook Messenger icon is unavailable for clicking:

1. You are not logged into your Facebook account in the browser. Click on the FB LOGIN button and log into your Facebook account. After that, the Facebook Messenger icon will become active for clicking.

2. If the icons of other messengers are also inactive, you do not have the right to manage communication channels. Request the account administrator on the platform to add your role the right to edit traffic channels.

3. If, when connecting your Facebook page, you cannot find the one you need in the drop-down list, you need to go to the "Settings" section of the page you want to connect.

После удаления, произведите подключение Вашей страницы к платформе повторно.
