You can add a task for each client in the platform. Tasks act as reminders, but are more functional.

Chats with clients for which tasks have been added will be displayed in a special tab Important, in the Chats section. If there are chats in this tab, it will open immediately when you open the Chats section:

Types of tasks

There are 2 types of tasks:

  • As part of the sales plan, the task in the subscriber’s card will be visible to all managers who are added to the sales plan within which it was created, but in the Important tab, the chat with the client for which the task was added will be displayed only by the manager who is assigned to this client .

  • Personal tasks are tasks that only you can see (other managers cannot see).

Adding tasks to the sales plan

To add a new task within the sales plan, you must be added as a manager to the sales plan and the new deal must be allocated to you. After this, you can open a deal, open a small client card and add a task to it, as shown in the screenshot below.

Adding personal tasks

You can add tasks for a client that is not included in any of the sales plans. This will create a personal task that will not be visible to other users except you.

And for more convenient work, you have access to quick filters above the task list:

Select one of the following filters to quickly display relevant tasks:


"All": Displays all tasks.
Overdue: Displays tasks that are already overdue.
Today: Displays tasks that are due today.
Tomorrow: Displays tasks scheduled for tomorrow.
"Current Week": Displays tasks that are due in the current week.
"Next Week": Displays tasks scheduled for the next week.



You can create a task for another user, and also assign a task to another user.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the client card (click on the client name)

  2. Select the "Tasks" section;

  3. Click the Add task button;

  4. A form for adding a task will appear. Select the start and end date and time of the task;

  5. Enter the Task Name;

  6. Enter a Description of the task;

  7. Specify the Task Performer;

  8. Click on the Save button:

As a reminder of the task, 5 minutes before the start of the task, a notification will appear in the lower right corner of the page:


Section Individual tasks

In the menu on the left you can find the Tasks section, where tasks will be displayed, you can see, manage, and edit tasks. In this section, you have the opportunity to view tasks in table format, as in screenshot 1, or in list format, as in screenshot 2.



In order to add a new task, click on the “add task” button or on the number to which you want to add this task and a menu will open, the same as in the client card, where you can fill out all the necessary fields and select the person responsible.

The performer selection field allows you to assign tasks to your managers. If you see that the manager should have contacted, but did not contact or forgot to do something, you can set a task in the client’s card and select the manager as the executor, then a new entry will appear in the manager’s calendar stating that he needs to complete the task.

In the Tasks section. you can sort them by executor, this makes it possible to see the tasks of your subordinates in order to check their activity, as well as by day, week, month. which allows you to regulate and control the work of your employees.


Also, functionality for mass actions and search by task will soon appear.

Multiple tasks for one client

You can add several tasks for one client by clicking on the "Add task" button. After adding, you will add one more task in the client card:
