CloudPayments connection

The CloudPayments payment system works with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (individual entrepreneurs) registered in Kazakhstan and Russia.

This instruction shows a test connection to the CloudPayments payment system; to connect a valid account, you need confirmation from the payment system

In order to accept payment in a currency that is not the currency of the country where the payment system is connected (RU - RUB, KZ - KZT), you need to contact the Coudpayments payment system support service to activate the payment function in currencies. Otherwise, payments will not go through. Please pay attention to this!

Register or log in to your account at https://cloudpayments.kz/ with your username and password.

If you are not registered with CloudPayments, please note that to connect to the CloudPayments payment acceptance system, you must complete the following steps:

Read the offer agreement
Fill out Appendix No. 1, sign, stamp and send to us at sales@cloudpayments.kz
Perform technical integration of the site
Check the site for compliance with requirements

Basic conditions:

The settlement bank is Alfa-Bank or Sberbank.
Money is transferred in tenge on the next or third business day (depending on the Bank) after the transaction, to the account of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur in any bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, minus a commission.
Work with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs
To connect the Cloud Payments payment system to your account on Leeloo.ai, you need to go to the "Settings" section (1).

On the page that opens, select "Payment systems" (2), then CloudPayments. After that, click on “+Add new connection”.

After you go to “+Add a new connection”, you will need to enter the data that you received when registering a merchant in CloudPayments.

Title (at your discretion);
Description (at your discretion). Please note that this field is not required;
A Public ID will be assigned to you upon registration on CloudPayments;
You will also receive API Secret when registering on CloudPayments;
Domain. Specify KZ for Kazakhstan and RU for Russia.
Additional parameters (transfer commission, transfer fee, accrual currency and transaction currency):
Save.
You can find data such as Public ID and API Secret in your account on CloudPayments, in the “Sites” section:

After going to this section, click "Settings".

On the page that opens, you can find all the necessary data.

Enable pay notifications and fail notifications and place the link in the "address" field: https://app.leeloo.ai/buy/invoices/callback-cloud-payments

We are pleased to inform you that you can now apply to connect to the CloudPayments payment system without leaving the platform.

This can be done in the "Settings" section, subsection "Payment systems".

Added information about checks. It is located in the integration settings.

Thanks to these changes, when making a payment, you will be able to see automatically generated checks that will be sent by the payment system to the tax office.

If you enable the check transmission setting, the “Transaction currency” and “accrual currency” fields should be in rubles, an example in the screenshot below.

Starting with the update to version 0.52.0, you will be able to accept payments using cards that contain not the standard 16 digits, but 18.

Apple\Google Pay settings.

Google Pay works by default without additional settings.

Apple Pay - if you use your custom domain on the Lilu platform and want to use Apple Pay, then you need to:

Go to the Sites section, click “add site” and indicate in the “Address” field the proxy domain that was added to Lila.
open the Settings section of this site that you added
Scroll down and turn on the Apple Pay switch
click "save notifications"
NOTE! If your account settings use the proxy domain that was used when registering your Cloudpayemnts store, you can enable apple pay.

If, when connecting Cloudpayments, you used a different domain that differs from the one specified in Lilu in the “proxy domain” field, then you must connect Cloudpayments to Lilu again, using exactly the domain that is specified in Lilu.

If you do not have a custom domain in Lilu, add the domain https://wep.wf to Cloudpayments in the “sites” section and turn on the Apple Pay switch
