Set up "AI Support"
1.1. Open → "AI Support" → section "Standard Messages". In the subsections:
"Welcome Message"
"Response to unidentified messages" ✔ Delete the default texts.
1.2. Go to → section "Subscription Messages" and:
Enter the text: "To continue, press the 'Start' button."
Add the "START" button.
1.3. Open → "Settings" → section "Messengers" and add the relevant messengers for the client.
1.4. Go to → section "Variables" and add the necessary variables for communication in the chats.
1.5. Open → section "Fields" → add a category and create a field for calculating a new user.
1.6. Open → "Analytics" → create and connect the pixel.
Tunnel Setup
2.1. Open → "Templates" → specify the template number and upload the webinar tunnel.
2.2. Open the tunnel and add the required communication channels to LGT.
2.3. Go to → section "Traffic to LGT" and add the pixel.
2.4. Replace the content in the tunnel as per the client's request.
Webinar Platform Setup
3.1. Open → "Settings" → "Other Integrations" and connect Webinar Stars.
3.2. Go to → "Webinars" → "Rooms" → add a room with the webinar.
3.3. Open the tunnel → content block → specify the webinar link.
3.4. In the "Trigger" block, select the room you added in the "Webinar → Rooms" section.
Offer Setup
4.1. Open → "Settings" → "Payments" and add the necessary payment systems.
4.2. Go to → "Sales Tunnels" → "Offers" → create a category and add offers as per the client's request, selecting the payment systems.
4.3. Open the sales tunnel and add the offers to the relevant blocks.
4.4. In the offer, set up "Action" and specify the successful payment blocks.
CRM Setup
5.1. Open → CRM → create a sales plan.
5.2. Edit CRM according to the client's request.
5.3. Set up the red blocks for CRM status changes in the tunnel.
Course Delivery Setup
Detail as per the client's request.
Telephony Integration
Perform the necessary setup for telephony integration.
