This tab allows you to create, store and edit templates for messages. Templates can be used anywhere there is a message builder. For this purpose, a message element of the Template type is used.

  1. Button for adding template categories. Adds a new empty template category;
    List of available template categories;
    Template category name. Here you can change it (by hovering the mouse cursor over the "" button);
    Action button for template category. By clicking on it, you can delete the current category and all its contents or create a copy of the category;
    Button to add a new template. Opens the message designer with an empty message. After saving, a new template is created;
    Sample. When clicked, it opens the message designer with the contents of the template. Allows you to edit templates;
    Action button for the template. By clicking on it, you can delete the current template and all its contents or create a copy of the template.


Once the template is created, you can use it anywhere on the platform where the message builder is enabled: Chats, AI Support, Smart Mailing, Tunnels.

You can send templates like any other message. In addition, there is a special type of buttons for the template (“Message”). When a subscriber clicks on such a button, he will receive a template assigned to the button in response.

In sales tunnels, button click conditions from message templates do not work. Be careful when creating your tunnels and the conditions in them.
