Message Builder is the basic tool for creating messages on the http://Leeloo.ai platform. The tool allows you to build messages with various types of content in such sections of the platform as: Chats, Sales Tunnels, Templates, Smart Mailing, AI Support. Messages can consist not only of text, but also include buttons, images, video and audio files.

Due to the fact that the http://Leeloo.ai platform allows you to simultaneously work with a large number of different communication channels, some message elements are not supported by certain messengers, however, as a rule, they can be replaced with elements of similar characteristics that are supported.

The message constructor consists of the following blocks:

Text - adds simple text to the message

Image - adds an image to the message

Card Box - several cards as one element with the ability to swipe

Link - adds a clickable link

Video - adds a video file

Template - adds a previously saved template

File - adds file type content directly to the messenger

Audio - adds an audio file

Personalized Images - Adds an image with a variable

Description of constructor functions

  1. Block name. Used to identify a block in the system. Subscribers do not see the block name; however, it is recommended to name the blocks in such a way that they can be easily identified when configuring platform functions, as well as among service messages.

  2. Information about the last change. This field displays who, when and at what time made changes to the message block.

  3. Buttons Save, Create template, Close message designer.

Save message. Records message changes. On the chats page, sends a message.

Create a message template. Calls up the message template creation window.

Close the message constructor. Closes the designer; if there are unsaved changes, a corresponding warning will appear.

  4. Synchronization mode. Allows you to quickly create messages for all available channels. In this mode, messages for all messenger channels will be replaced with messages from the current channel, and if changes are made to the message for one of the channels, the message in other channels will be automatically updated.

  5. Secure Card Box synchronization. When exporting Card Box items back from channels that do not support it to channels that do support it, the Card Box items will be formed into a Card Box. We recommend enabling this mode before exporting/synchronizing a message if it uses Card Box.

  6. Post tag for Facebook.

  1. Channel tabs. Each channel corresponds to a messenger. Channels differ in the set of elements available for adding, as well as the number of characters allowed for input. Only messages from the corresponding channel are sent to each messenger. For example, if you intend to create a message for Facebook and Viber, then you need to add elements to both of these channels. If the items are only in the Facebook channel and the Viber channel is empty, then Viber users will not receive the message. The indicator with a number on the channel icons displays the number of message elements for a given channel.

  2. Export messages. Allows you to copy elements from one communication channel to another. If the target channel does not support the exported element, it will convert to an element that does. When clicked, a list of channels will open in which you can mark the target channels for export.

  1. Button for calling the menu of message constructor elements. Allows you to open the message designer menu to add elements.

  2. Block adding elements. After clicking on one of the elements, it will appear at the bottom of the list of elements of the current message for the current channel.

  1. Menu for adding buttons - opens a menu for adding different types of buttons.

  2. Export selected message element - allows you to copy the selected element to any other channels. It functions in the same way as the general export button, with the difference that in this case only one element will be copied, and not the entire contents of the channel;

  3. Remove an element from a given channel. Deleting an element in one channel does not affect its copies in other channels.

  4. Additional features of the message constructor. Optionally, depending on the messenger, it allows you to enable functions such as “send without sound”, “do not transmit UTM tags”, “disable link preview”.
