Message constructor
The message builder allows you to create messages from various elements (Text, images, videos…).
Some message elements are not supported by certain messengers, but, as a rule, they can be replaced with similar elements that are supported.
To add elements in the message builder, you need to click on the “+ Message” button.
Block Name: Used for identifying the block in the system. Subscribers do not see the block name.
Export messages. Allows you to transfer elements from one communication channel to another. If the target channel does not support the exported element, it will be converted to a supported element. When clicked, a list of channels will open, where you can mark the target channels for exporting content.
Attention! Content is copied during export, not replaced. We recommend that you check the imported elements.
Channel Tabs: Each channel corresponds to a messenger. Channels differ in the set of elements available for adding and the number of allowed characters. Messages are only sent from the corresponding channel to the messenger. For example, if you intend to create a message for Facebook and Telegram, you need to add elements to both channels. If elements are only in the Facebook channel and the Telegram channel is empty, Telegram users will not receive anything.
Number of Message Elements for This Channel: Shows the number of content blocks in the corresponding communication channel. Allows you to visually monitor the presence and amount of content in each communication channel.
Export Selected Message Element allows you to copy the selected item to any other channels. It functions the same as the general export button, with the difference that in this case only one item will be copied, and not the entire contents of the corresponding channel.
Delete Element from This Channel: Deleting an item in one channel does not affect its copies in other channels, provided the content synchronization switch is turned off (see section 12).
Element Type Marker: Helps to identify the type of the message element.
Message Constructor Menu Button: Opens the message constructor menu to add elements.
Message Element: Contains content that the message recipient sees – in this case, text.
Button Addition Menu: Opens a menu for adding different types of buttons. Available only for “Text” and “CardBox” elements.
Add Elements: After clicking one of the elements, it will appear at the bottom of the list of elements for the current message in the current channel.
Synchronization Mode: In this mode, messages for all other messenger channels will be replaced with messages from the current channel and when you make changes to the message for the current channel, messages in other channels will automatically update. The synchronization mode applies to the block being edited. Adjusting the synchronization mode on other blocks is individual.
Card Box Export Mode: When exporting Card Box elements from channels that do not support them to channels that do, the Card Box elements will be created as Card Box in supported channels. It is recommended to enable this mode before exporting/synchronizing the message if it uses Card Box.
Last Modification: This field displays information about the last change in the message block (Platform Manager, date, time).
Save Message: Saves changes to the message block. If the button is inactive, this indicates that there are errors in the added elements (no link, empty fields, poorly configured buttons).
In the Chat section there is a button next to the meeting for sending notifications.
Create Message Template: allows you to create a message template that can be used for quick access from different sections of the platform. Details at the link.
Close Message Constructor: If the changes are not saved, a window will pop up to confirm the changes, where “Cancel” returns you back to editing, and “Reset” closes the block without saving the changes.
In the Message Constructor, the following types of message elements are available for messengers:
Text
This block allows you to create text messages, as well as add various buttons.
Restrictions:
The allowed text length depends on the messenger; you can see the restrictions on the number of characters directly in the message constructor while editing.
The number of buttons in a standard block is limited to three buttons. If you need to add more than 3 buttons in one message, then you need to create another text block and add additional buttons.
