The Message constructor allows you to build messages from various elements. Some message elements are not supported by certain messengers; however, they can usually be replaced with similar elements that are supported.

To add elements to the Message constructor, click the "+ Message" button.

  1. Block Name: Used for identifying the block in the system. Subscribers do not see the block name.

  2. Message Export: Allows transferring elements from one communication channel to another. If the target channel does not support the exported element, it will be converted into an element that is supported. Clicking this will open a list of channels where you can select target channels for export.

  3. Channel Tabs: Each channel corresponds to a messenger. Channels differ in the set of elements available for adding and the number of allowed characters. Messages are only sent from the corresponding channel to the messenger. For example, if you intend to create a message for Facebook and Telegram, you need to add elements to both channels. If elements are only in the Facebook channel and the Telegram channel is empty, Telegram users will not receive anything.

  4. Number of Message Elements for This Channel: Displays how many elements are in the message for this specific channel.

  5. Export Selected Message Element: Allows you to copy the selected element to other channels. It works like the general export button, but in this case, only one element will be copied, not the entire channel content.

  6. Delete Element from This Channel: Deleting an element in one channel does not affect its copies in other channels.

  7. Element Type Marker: Helps to identify the type of the message element.

  8. Message Constructor Menu Button: Opens the message constructor menu to add elements.

  9. Message Element: Contains content that the message recipient sees – in this case, text.

  10. Button Addition Menu: Opens the menu for adding different types of buttons.

  11. Add Elements: After clicking one of the elements, it will appear at the bottom of the list of elements for the current message in the current channel.

  12. Synchronization Mode: In this mode, messages for all other messenger channels will be replaced with messages from the current channel. When changes are made to the message in one channel, the message will automatically update in the other channels. This is an alternative to exporting.

  13. Card Box Export Mode: When exporting Card Box elements from channels that do not support them to channels that do, the Card Box elements will be created as Card Box in supported channels. It is recommended to enable this mode before exporting/synchronizing the message if it uses Card Box.

  14. Last Modification: This field shows who made the changes, when, and at what time to the message block.

  15. Save Message: Saves changes to the message. In the chat page, it sends the message.

  16. Create Message Template: Allows you to create a message template.

  17. Close Message Constructor: Closes the message constructor.
