If you need to send a specific message to all clients at the same time, or only to those that fall under certain filters, use the Smart Mailing tool.

Creating a newsletter takes place in three steps:

  • Create a message;

  • Setting up an audience;

  • Configuring sending options.

To start creating a new newsletter, click on the “+Create new” button:

Creating a Message:

In the first step, we create a message that will be sent in this newsletter. Here we work with the message constructor.

  1. Give your newsletter a name. The default will be New name or New message;

  2. Select the desired messenger;

  3. Add message elements (text, buttons, pictures, etc.);

  4. List of available elements;

  5. Turn on synchronization mode if you want to add a message for all messenger channels;

  6. Save the message.

Audience settings:

Click on (1) to go to the second step. At this step, we set up the newsletter audience. You will see a list of clients only with the status Enabled, that is, only active (not unsubscribed). Also, please note that if in the previous step you created a message only for Facebook and did not export it to other channels, then only subscribers from Facebook messenger will be displayed in the list.

To select groups of recipients, use the filtering panel (for more details, see the instructions) in the upper part of the window (2). You will see the number of recipients at the time the mailing was created at the top of the table (3). The final audience of the newsletter will be formed at the time of sending the newsletter: You created the newsletter today, the recipients were filtered by subscription to the tunnel. At the time of creation of the newsletter there were 29 recipients. The shipment is scheduled for tomorrow. Today 5 more people have signed up for the tunnel. The mailing will reach 34 people.

By default, the newsletter will be sent via the main communication channel. This means that the mailing to the filtered audience will be sent via the main communication channel that is selected in the client’s card.

Since version 0.43. It becomes possible to select specific bots (communication channels) directly in the audience settings menu.

Final settings:

At this stage, the parameters for sending the newsletter are set. Click on step 3 to go to it.

Set the sending speed. The default speed is set to maximum (25 messages/second). Select a lower speed by dragging the slider to the left if the newsletter message contains links to your site, which may not handle the high amount of traffic.

The newsletter can be sent immediately or at a specified time. If you want to send a message right now, click the Immediate button. If you want to delay sending, enter the date and time of sending and click Save and activate sending.

In addition to selecting the time, you can select the time zone in which the newsletter will be sent.

After sending, a new line will appear in the mailing list and statistics related to this mailing will be collected in it.

A message is considered delivered if the recipient has accessed the Internet through the messenger application or by logging into the website. As a rule, the number of people who received the message is greater than the value specified here, due to the fact that not all messengers provide such information. At the moment, only Facebook and Viber correctly return delivery reports.

Mailing statistics

By clicking on the name of the newsletter, you will be redirected to the messaging statistics page:

  • The report on delivered and read messages is returned only by Facebook and Viber, so do not be surprised if the statistics of messages delivered to Telegram, VK or Skype subscribers shows “0”.

  • For VK accounts, it is recommended to upload an image to the VK group, and in mailings use a link to this image from VK itself. That is, in mailings for VK content, use not the “Image” element, but a link to an image from the VK group.

  • At the “audience settings” step, the filter “by connection status” is applied by default; we recommend not deleting this filter because The newsletter will not be delivered to users with any other connection status.

You can also view the newsletter message, audience settings, and sending settings.
