Smart Sender

Smart Mailing is a tool that allows you to send a message to a selected audience segment.

Description

The Smart Mailing section contains sent and scheduled mailings with a statistics table.

  1. Date and time of mailing.

  2. Mailing status:

    1. mailing in the process of being sent

    2. mailing has been sent

    3. mailing has been stopped

  3. Mailing name — clicking on the mailing name opens its properties.

  4. Scheduled — the number of recipients who were included in the mailing audience

  5. Sent — how many of the selected recipients received the mailing

  6. Failed — how many recipients did not receive the mailing. This typically indicates that users have blocked messages from the bot.

  7. Delivered — the number of recipients who definitely received this mailing. A message is considered delivered if the recipient accessed the internet via a messenger app or visited the website. Typically, the number of recipients receiving the message is higher than the value shown here, because not all messengers provide this information. Currently, only Facebook and Viber correctly return delivery reports.

  8. Opened — the number of recipients who viewed messages from this mailing. Currently, only Facebook and Viber correctly return delivery reports.

  9. Clicked "Buy" — the number of clicks on "Buy" buttons.

  10. Clicked link — the number of clicks on "Link" buttons.

  11. Click on the button with the message — the number of clicks on "Message" buttons.

  12. Order — the number of orders placed through the "Buy message from the mailing" button.

  13. Sales — the number of successful sales via the "Buy message from the mailing" button.

  14. Actions:

    1. Delete mailing from the table

    2. Create a copy of the mailing for subsequent editing and sending

    3. Stop mailing

Creating a Mailing

  1. To create a mailing, go to the "Smart Mailing" section and click the "+ Create New" button.

  1. Fill in the necessary communication channels with content.

  1. Add the necessary blocks to the message builder and fill them with content for the mailing (in this example, only the "Text" block is used, more details about the message builder).

  1. After filling in all the fields, click the "Create" button.

Any additional content changes require clicking the "Create" button to save the mailing.

  1. Go to the "Audience Settings" section. At this stage, select the necessary audience segment for sending the mailing. By default, you will see a list of subscribers only with the status "Enabled," i.e., only active (non-unsubscribed).

  1. To select recipient groups, use the filtering panel (more details in the instruction) at the top of the window.

  1. The number of recipients at the time of creating the mailing is shown at the top of the table.

The final mailing audience will be formed at the time of sending: you created the mailing today, and subscribers were filtered by their subscription to the tunnel. At the time of creating the mailing, there were 29 subscribers. The sending is scheduled for tomorrow. Today, 5 more people subscribed to the tunnel. The mailing will go to 29+5=34 subscribers.

  1. Click "Final Settings" and at this stage, the mailing sending parameters are set.

In this field, you can choose the main communication channel for the mailing.

  1. Set the date and time for sending the mailing. If you want to send the message right now, click the "Immediately" button. If you want to delay sending, enter the date and time for sending and click "Save and activate sending"

  1. Set the sending speed.
