Sales Plans (SP) in Leeloo.AI allow for the automatic distribution of leads among employees within the platform for further processing. They also enable tracking lead statuses, monitoring the number of leads in each status, and ensuring no lead is lost.
The Sales Plan is located in the CRM section, where all necessary functions can be configured for an efficient and productive sales department.
Below is a detailed guide on how to set up Sales Plans.

SP Distribution Types
There are two types of lead distribution:
Manual – Leads must be assigned to managers manually.
Navigate to the "Audience" section.
Select "Mass Actions" and add leads (detailed guide available via link).
Even Distribution – Leads are assigned automatically.
There are several sub-modes for lead assignment:
Assign deals to random users
Assign deals to related users
Distribute deals evenly among users
Assign deals to users with the lowest number of deals
In this example, the distribution type is even, with the following sub-modes:
Assign deals to related users
Assign deals to users with the lowest number of deals
This means that leads will be assigned to managers they have previously interacted with, while new leads will be distributed to available managers with the fewest active deals in the Sales Plan.
For the "Uniform" mode to work, action blocks must be added to the sales funnel to assign leads to the Sales Plan (SP).
More details about the action block can be found via the link.
The lead distribution mode can be changed at any time by opening the Sales Plan (SP) and saving the changes. Similarly, managers can be added or removed from the SP as needed.
Statuses in the Sales Plan (SP)
Next, you can configure statuses in the SP.
To do this, go to the status editing mode, where you can:
Edit existing statuses
Add or delete statuses
Rearrange statuses
Change the color of status columns
Failure reasons
When setting up the funnel with a list of statuses, the final status of a lost deal includes a "Failure reasons" checkbox.
If this checkbox is enabled, the user can specify a list of reasons.
When a manager moves a deal to a failed status, they will be required to select one of the failure reasons.
Editing Sales Plan Settings
To access the status editing window for a Sales Plan (SP), click the "Edit" button.
When deleting a status, you must select a new status to which the deals from the deleted status will be moved.

How to Cancel Closed Deals in CRM
Users with the "Can edit all deals" and "Can mass edit deals" permissions can cancel closed deals after they have been moved to the "Closed – Successful" or "Closed – Failed" status.
This feature allows you (or your sales department head) to:
Reverse a salesperson's actions (in case of a status change or an error).
More accurately track deals that were mistakenly closed, which is important for reporting and sales funnel analysis.
Additionally, information about who and when canceled the deal will be recorded in the activity log.
A new action, "Revoke Deal", is now available in the deal card.
When clicking the "Revoke Deal" button and confirming the cancellation, the deal will return to its intermediate status.
If the deal was revoked from "Closed – Failed", it will return to the status from which it was moved to "Closed".
If the deal was revoked from "Closed – Successful", it will revert to the previous intermediate status configured in your CRM.
This ensures better control over closed deal cancellations, preventing managers from violating clear deal closure rules, which could otherwise distort closed deal statistics.
"Reasons for Rejection" Report
This report collects data on closed unsuccessful deals and sales statistics. It helps quickly identify the most common reasons for customer rejection and generate an overall objection statistics summary.
How to Generate the Report
Go to the Analytics section.
Open the Reports tab.
Click "+ Add New Report".
Select the report type "By failure reasons”.
When creating a "Failure reasons" report, you can group data by:
Sales Plans – allows you to assess and compare results across different sales plans. If plans are used for different products, this data can indicate which products need better packaging or a refined sales approach.
Sales Managers – enables evaluating and comparing the performance of different team members. This helps identify top-performing salespeople with the lowest rejection rates and refine sales scripts for handling objections (especially if the same rejection reason appears frequently among managers).
You can set a specific reporting period or leave it blank to include all historical data.
The report provides a clear overview with:
Number of successful and failed deals
Percentage ratio of successful vs. failed deals
Breakdown of rejection reasons
Interactive charts for better visualization and additional functionality
Additionally, with one click, you can navigate directly from the report to failed deals for deeper analysis.
