Prohibition of re-subscription

Warning

Quick subscription

When this function is activated in lgt, a user who is already subscribed to the sales tunnel, when subscribing to any other lgt platform, the user will not be prompted to select another messenger, but will be shown a button for the messenger through which the user was subscribed earlier, also, it is possible to select another communication channel, you need to select the item “Not You?”, then all the messenger buttons will be displayed. We recommend enabling this function; it will not multiply additional client cards for one user. This function only works between different types of messengers.

Additional communication channels:

Add additional channels if you have 2 or more communication channels of one messenger. In this case, the client card will not be duplicated for the user when subscribing via LGT, where the bot to which he is subscribed is added as the main or additional communication channel.

Connecting messengers (communication channels)

Connecting messengers (communication channels, bots) to this LGT. At least one connection must be connected to each LGT, otherwise the new LGT will not be saved, and when clicking on the link to the LGT that was imported with the tunnel template, it will generate a 404 error. You can select any connection that is connected to the platform. If you have not yet connected a single connection to the platform, then do so using the necessary instructions.

Please note that a maximum of six communication channels can be connected to one LGT at the same time.

Communication channel

Additional channels

If you have 2 tunnels where different bots of the same messenger are connected and you want to send a newsletter to these two tunnels, with a link to LGT, but so that the client cards are not duplicated. SMS subscription

You can give your users the opportunity to subscribe to SMS newsletters, which will be immediately sent to their phone number. This is possible through the Twilio messaging service. In order to do this, when setting up your Lead Generation Tool, you need to specify the communication channel for SMS. By specifying the connection for the sms bot on your LGT, your lead generation tool will be displayed as in the screenshot below.

Now, let's look at the SMS connection settings with you. So, you have the opportunity to create your personalized thank you page, which users will be sent to after they subscribe to your SMS newsletter, or you can leave the “default” thank you page. If you want to post yours, then you need to provide a link to it. If you leave the thank you page “by default”, then you can also specify the “title” and “description” that you need, from the user’s side it will look like this.

Also, after the user selects an SMS subscription to LGT, a window opens, which is configured in the SMS subscription item (5). In this item you can specify the window title, set the “Name” item - it is optional and you can hide it, if necessary, “Phone” - this item is mandatory and you cannot hide it, and Email - this item is optional, and By clicking on the drop-down menu to the right of it you can choose what to do with it. Also, you have the opportunity to specify the name of the button.

VK - content

Easy resubscription

Easy resubscription is a function that allows, within the same LGT, to resubscribe again, without receiving an oversubscription message from the support AI.

The interval between attempts to subscribe is 1 minute. This is necessary so that the person does not duplicate content. That is, after the user has resubscribed via LGT with the “easy resubscription” function enabled, he will be able to subscribe the next time only after 1 minute.

If you enable the “Easy oversubscription” and “Prohibit oversubscription” checkboxes at the same time, only “Easy oversubscription” will work.
