Description
Lead Generation Tools (LGT) are used for subscribing users to a sales funnel in messengers, SMS, or email, as well as for transferring a subscriber to another sales funnel (or another branch within a funnel).
Currently, there are 8 types of LGT, each serving different purposes.
After subscribing, the user begins the journey through the sales funnel. Upon the first subscription, they appear in the "Chats" and "Audience" sections. LGT enables the collection of contact details and other user information, which is recorded in the client card using standard and additional custom fields.
Types of LGT
Lead Generation Tools (LGT) are created within sales funnels. To create an LGT block, open the context menu in an empty space of the desired sales funnel (right-click on Windows / two-finger tap on MacOS).
On the Leeloo.AI platform, 8 different types of LGT are available for creation.
Mini-Landing Page – A link that can be placed in ads and other marketing activities for lead generation in messengers, as well as for collecting subscriber information within the funnel (contact details and other data).
QR Code – Generates a QR code for physical marketing materials such as business cards and packaging to generate leads in messengers.
Widget – Placed on your website as a button in the corner, opening a lead generation tool when clicked.
Popup Window – Placed on your website and can be triggered to generate leads in messengers when a button is clicked, when a user attempts to close the site, or after a certain time spent on the page.
Form – An embedded form on your website for collecting contact and other information, after which lead generation in messengers occurs.
FB AD – Used for lead generation in Facebook Messenger through ads. After setup in the Meta Ads Manager, the ad post in the Facebook feed allows users to subscribe to the funnel via Facebook Messenger.
Subscription Button – Transfers a subscriber to another branch of the sales funnel after clicking a button in the "Message" or "Static Menu" block and allows for multiple activations, including content looping within the funnel.
Smart Response – Leads subscribers to a sales funnel branch after entering a keyword in the bot or through automated comments on posts/stories/Reels in Facebook and Instagram, configured in the "AI Support" section.
Main Functions of LGT
The setup of LGT tools (Mini-Landing Page, QR Code, Widget, Popup Window, Form, FB AD, Subscription Button, Smart Reply) consists of four main tabs that allow configuring and optimizing the lead generation process:
"General" Tab – Includes settings such as name, background, language, and communication channel connections (links). This section defines the basic parameters for the visual display of the LGT.
"Content" Tab – A block for editing the components of the LGT.
It includes the ability to add: "Image," "Form," "Text," "Subscription Button," "Video," "Custom HTML Block," and "Offer Button," allowing customization of the LGT interface."Traffic" Tab – A section for configuring traffic sources, FB & Google analytics, scripts and CSS styles, SEO fields, as well as integration with external systems such as Google Analytics, Facebook API, and Google Ads.
"Ready" Tab – The final section where you can obtain the link and settings for embedding the LGT on your website, as well as preview and test the created LGT before launch.
"General" Tab
The user can customize the LGT theme, including the primary color, text color of subscription and offer buttons, as well as the background color. Additional options are available for adjusting the shadow color and outer area. The system message language is set automatically or can be manually specified.
Below, icons of messengers (Messenger, Telegram, etc.) are displayed, through which communication with users will take place. By selecting the desired channel, the user can configure it for sending messages.
Block Name – The name of the LGT.
Creation Information – Contains data on the last LGT edit (username and time).
"Save" Button – Saves your LGT. Available after adding a name (item 6) and selecting a communication channel (item 10).
"Preview" Button – Allows you to preview your LGT before finalizing. Available after adding a name (item 6) and selecting a communication channel (item 10).
"Close" Button – Closes the current LGT settings when clicked.
LGT Name – Used to identify lead generation tools in the system (filters, analytics). Maximum length: 25 characters.
LGT Theme – Enables customization of the LGT style. This feature allows changing the subscription button color (if only one communication channel is selected in the LGT), the quick subscription button color (when re-entering the LGT with quick subscription enabled), and the font color.
Background Colors – Allows changing the background colors.
LGT Language – Defines the default language for the LGT. In addition to the platform's standard languages (English, Ukrainian, Russian), other languages can be configured in the "Settings / Localization" section. The selected language affects the display of system texts (quick subscription button, policy agreement text, error messages when filling out fields in the LGT).
If the language field is set to "Automatic," system messages will adjust to the language of the device accessing the LGT.
Messenger Integration (Communication Channels, Bots) – Connecting messengers to this LGT is mandatory. Each LGT must have at least one integration; otherwise, the tool cannot be saved. If you attempt to access an LGT link imported from a funnel template without a connected channel, an error 404 will occur.
Communication Channel – Specifies the bot connection through which content will be sent in this lead generation tool. When selecting a channel, its connection status is displayed.
Additional Channels – Allows specifying both a primary and additional bot for sending information, preventing client card duplication and ensuring messages are received in the same chat where the client is already subscribed.
Navigation Buttons – Used to switch between LGT settings tabs.
At least one communication channel must be connected to each LGT; otherwise, the new LGT will not be saved. If you attempt to access an LGT link that was imported with a funnel template (link), a 404 error will occur. You can select any communication channel that is already connected to the platform.
