Important!

If the database was imported into the platform without real social_id (Telegram or another messenger used in the previous service), it must be re-subscribed via email or SMS campaigns.

To do this:

  1. Send messages with a link to your LGT (landing page with a messenger button for login).

  2. Subscribe users to a real communication channel.

  3. Ensure further communication within the platform.

You can do this by importing an external Excel file with the *.xlsx extension.

If you do not have the client's messenger identifier, fill the "social_id" field with any numeric value (e.g., 111, 222, 333, etc.).

IMPORTANT FOR EMAIL!

If you are uploading a database for email communication channels: Sengrid and Mandrill, make sure to duplicate subscribers' emails in the "social_id" field.

Warning

If the "social_id" field is not filled, you will receive an error message.
