  Work with your customer base simultaneously using bulk actions:

The mass action button is located to the right of the Audience table; this section contains the following actions:

  • Add tag;

  • Remove tag;

  • Move to archive;

  • Black list;

  • Sign;

  • Unsubscribe;

  • Import;

  • Export;

  • Add to sales plan;

  • Add SMS/Email.

 

   

      

Starting from platform version 0.46.0  the execution of mass actions will now occur gradually and you can see the progress process on the scale in the Audience section when you launch mass actions. You can schedule them and see the execution status
