LGT type FB Ad can only be used within the social network Facebook and within FB Messenger. After adding and setting up, an advertising post will appear in the fb advertising account, on Facebook, which you can subscribe to. After clicking on the “more details” button as in the screenshot below, a subscription button will appear in fb messenger through which the user subscribes to the selected tunnel.


When creating such an LGT, you will receive a code in JSON format that must be inserted into your Facebook ad. Read more about how to use FB Ad LGT below.


Before you start setting up your facebook advertising account, disable ad blockers on the facebook advertising account page


Create your own LGT type FB Ad. Fill in the fields and click the "Save" button (1);

Copy the code from field (2) and save it to any text file;

Go to FB, login to your account and open Ads Manager (https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/);

Create a new ad, you need to come up with a name and type of ad.

                                                 





                 


In the editing window, select your ad and go to “Message Template”, then click on the “Edit” button.


The "Advanced JSON Configuration" window will open, from this place you need to remove all the code.

Click anywhere in the area with the code. Press Ctrl+A. Press the Delete key.


Then add the JSON code with lgt, click "Save and Finish". Please note that on the right side of the window a preview is available which displays the lgt and you can test this lgt

by sending yourself a test fb ad subscription in fb messenger.

If everything went well, you will see a message about this at the top, and you will receive a message from your page with the LGT that you created.
Now click on the Finish button and save all the changes you have made.

When you click on the subscribe button, the user will be subscribed to the tunnel for which it was created.
