Using the subscribe button, you can redirect people from one tunnel/branch to another tunnel/branch with just one click on the button. A subscribe button can be added to almost any message in the system.

To add a subscribe button:

In the “Sales Tunnels” section, select the tunnel in which the subscription will take place, then create an LGT block, select the “Subscription Button” type, then you need to create a unique name inside the block itself, save the changes and extend the connection to the block that the client should receive after subscribing.

To use this lgt after adding, you need to open the message designer and select this button. The type of button you need to select “subscribe” and write the name of the block of this lgt, but you need to write the name of which is located in the block itself.

This type of lgt is used only after the first subscription; using this button you will not be able to make the first subscription.

  1. Open the “Sales Tunnel” section and select the desired tunnel; Click on the name to open it.

If only the Default tunnel is available, then you need to create a new tunnel; to do this, click + New tunnel in the upper right corner of the page.

  1. After that, you need to create a block “Lead generation tool”; To do this, right-click on an empty field and select “Lead generation tool” in the menu that opens; Then a purple block will appear with the name “New tunnel block” on which you need to left-click .

  1. In the block that opens, you need to select “Subscribe button”.

  2. 4. Unique name for LHT;

You can use this lgt in the following tools: “Messages” blocks in the sales tunnel, in Smart Mailing, in personal communication with the client in the “Chats” section, in “Message Templates” in “Smart Replies”.

But the principle of use is the same everywhere, let’s look at the example of the “Message” block of the sales tunnel; for this you need:

  1. Create a “Message” block;

  1. Add a text block “Text”;

  1. Add a “Sign” button; We recommend making a name for the button, selecting the button type “sign”;

6. To select the desired lgt subscription you need to write the name of the button manually;

After adding, you need to save the changes and synchronize.

The LGT “Subscribe Button” type cannot have a link to it, it is inserted exclusively through the platform.
