Subscription Button - the subscription button is designed to redirect users from one funnel/branch to another with just one click.

You can add the subscription button to almost any message in the system.

To create an LGT of type “Subscription Button,” follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Sales Funnels” section and open the desired funnel.

    

2. Right-click (for Windows) or tap with two fingers on the trackpad (for macOS), select “Lead Generation Tools”, then choose “Subscription Button” and click “Create.”

    

3. Enter a name for the LGT of type “Subscription Button” and click “Save.”

    

    

In this LGT type, you can also enable the following checkboxes:

• Prohibit Resubscription

• Enable Easy Resubscription

Additionally, Facebook Server-Side API and Google Analytics are supported.

This LGT can be used in the following tools:

• The Message Block in the sales funnel

• Smart Broadcast

• Chats

• Message Templates

• Smart Replies

Example: Using in a “Message” Block of a Sales Funnel

To use the subscription button in a “Message” block, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Sales Funnels” section and open the desired funnel.

    

2. Create a “Message” Block.

    

3. Open the “Message” block by clicking on it.

    

4. Click “Message” and create a new block “+ Text.”

    

5. Fill in the “Text” field.

    

6. Click “Add Button.”

    

7. Enter the name of the button that users will see when viewing the block (e.g., “Subscribe”).

    

8. Select the button type “Subscribe.”

    

9. Choose the LGT type “Subscription Button” you created earlier.

    

10. Click “OK” and “Save.”

     

11. Connect your “Message” block to the required communication channel.
