Using this block, it is possible to filter clients in the sales tunnel.

If you edit the “message” block with buttons, you definitely need to edit the “filter” block where you check whether these buttons are pressed because... every time after making changes in the “message” block, the buttons receive a new ID

Matches the filter - the filter is checked and then a block is received to which the connection will be made.

Does not match the filter - means that the subscriber does not fall under the filter and can be sent a separate tunnel branch.

  1. Click this button to go to the Chats section

  2. Click this button to go to the CRM section

  3. This button allows you to collapse or expand applied filters.

The logic for setting up this block is identical to the filter panel in the CRM section.

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to place the "Delay" block between the "Message" and "Filter" blocks, as well as the "Action" and "Filter" blocks, if the condition that should be triggered in the "Filter" block is met in the "Message" and "Action" blocks, which follows these blocks.

If, after creating the “filter” block “by clicked/sent buttons”, you go to the “message” block and make changes to the buttons when the synchronization mode is turned on, you also need to update the buttons in the filter block in order for the filter to work correctly!

The “by page subscription” filter works correctly only for Instagram. In order for it to work correctly, in addition to this filter, you need to apply the filter “by communication channel” and select the Instagram bot filter “by communication channel”.
