Filter block - gray block that allows filtering customers, the presence of tags, actions, as well as other attributes for user segmentation in the sales tunnelж.
If you use the "By clicked buttons" filter and edit the "message" block with buttons specified in the settings of this filter, you must update the "filter" block every time after making changes in the "message" block as the buttons receive a new ID
The filter works on the principle of checking the conditions set in the settings
Matches the filter - the check is performed to see if it fits the filter, and then the block is reached to which the connection will be made
Does not match the filter - means the subscriber does not match the filter and a separate branch of the tunnel can be sent to them
Depending on the match with the filter condition, we can either check if the condition was met or provide two content branches when checking or segmenting the audience for users who matched the filter condition and those who did not
IMPORTANT! It is essential to place the "Delay" block before the "Filter" block, between the "Message" and "Filter" blocks, as well as between the "Action" and "Filter" blocks, if the conditions in the "Message" and "Action" blocks need to trigger in the "Filter" block. The delay is necessary to give the user time to perform the action specified in the condition (Subscription, payment, button click)

The logic for setting up this block is identical to the filtering panel in the CRM section
The "by subscription to the page" filter works correctly only for Instagram. To ensure proper functionality, in addition to this filter, you need to apply the "by communication channel" filter and select the Instagram bot filter “by communication channel”
