Lead Generation Tool

A widget through which a client subscribes to a tunnel and enters the CRM. The platform offers the following types of lead generation tools: link, widget, form, pop-up, QR code, subscription button, FB Ad.

Sales Tunnel

A tree-like structure consisting of blocks that can form branches. Subscription to a tunnel occurs via LGT. After subscribing, the client receives a message from the block linked to the LGT. Then, tunnel blocks continue to activate from left to right.

Offer

A tool that allows clients to make purchases directly through the Leeloo.AI platform.

Bot

chatbot, connection, communication channel, traffic channel

A tool used for interaction with the subscriber.

Traffic Source

The resource from which a client originates. Each LGT can have multiple traffic sources assigned. A separate link is generated for each traffic source. All statistics previously displayed for LGTs are now shown separately for each traffic source.

Subscriber Card

user card, client card

Contains essential information about your subscribers. You can access a user card from any page with a subscriber list by clicking on the subscriber’s name.

Filtering Panel

A tool that allows filtering subscribers using multiple filters. It is available on most pages that contain a subscriber list.

Sales Plan

Enables automatic or manual distribution of clients among employees. You specify a list of employees and LGTs from which clients will be assigned for processing. The selected sales plan displays subscribers who signed up through the specified LGTs and are assigned to a seller.

Initialization Script

A piece of code inserted into a website’s code to display widgets, forms, etc.

Default Tunnel

standard tunnel, default tunnel

A tunnel that exists in every company and automatically subscribes users who do NOT sign up through an LGT but instead send a message to a public Facebook page, VK group, Viber, or start a chat with a Telegram bot. Default tunnels can contain message blocks for these subscribers. The default tunnel is highlighted in gray in the tunnel list to differentiate it from others. It cannot have LGTs, so it does not appear in the "Lead Generation Tools" section.

Default Traffic Source

A traffic source created when an LGT is set up. Not to be confused with the Default Tunnel.

Keyword

key phrase, key term

A word or phrase for which an automated response or group of responses is created in AI Support. When the bot detects this word or phrase in a subscriber’s message, it will respond automatically.

Message Builder

Allows creating messages using different elements (text, buttons, images, video, file, message template, link, catalog).

Smart Sending

Used for one-time messaging to a group of clients.

Bot Reconnect

The process of refreshing a chatbot’s connection to the platform.

Recurring Payment

A payment that occurs more than once, such as a monthly subscription fee.

Custom Fields

Fields created within an account on the platform to collect additional subscriber information.
