This mass action creates SMS or email communication channels for selected clients. To do this:
Open the "Audience" section.
Click "Mass Actions."
Select "Add SMS/Email" from the list of mass actions.
Select the clients for whom you want to add a tag. You can use checkboxes for selection (only on 1 page within 30 subscribers) or click the "Select All" button.
Specify the communication channel.
Select the LGT to which the audience should be subscribed.
Select tags (optional).
Set the time for the mass action by specifying the date and time of execution.
Note: The "Recommended" checkbox schedules the mass action at 02:00.
Click the "Add Channel" button.
