Creating a Smart Reply
Go to AI Support, Automated Replies, Smart Replies. Next, select the desired sales tunnel and configure the desired response;
Create a response group;
Select the desired lgt;
Create a keyword;
Add this word;
Add an answer (if necessary);
Check out the added answers.
Working with lgt smart answer
