LGT "Smart Reply" allows you to automate responses to keywords as well as comments on posts in Facebook and Instagram.
To set up automated replies, create an LGT "Smart Reply" in the required sales funnel and link it to the appropriate content branch within the sales funnel. Then configure it based on your needs:
Automation of responses to keywords.
Automation of comments on Instagram posts.
Automation of comments on Facebook posts.

Creating an LGT "Smart Reply"
To create an LGT "Smart Reply," follow these steps:
Go to the "Sales Funnels" section and open the desired funnel.
Right-click (for Windows) or tap with two fingers on the touchpad (for macOS) and select "Lead Generation Tools". Find "Smart Reply" in the list, then click "Create".
Specify the name of the LGT. If necessary, activate "Block Resubscription" or "Enable Easy Resubscription". Then click "Save".
Connect your LGT block to the desired branch of the sales funnel to send the required content.
