Prepare an import file in Excel format with the extension .xlsx. The presence of the "social_id" field containing the client messenger identifier is required. It is also recommended to fill in the "name" field; the remaining fields are optional. If you don't have a client messenger ID, fill in the "social_id" field with any numeric value (for example, 111, 222, 333, etc.).
If the "social_id" field is not filled in, you will receive an error message.
