The CloudPayments payment system works with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (FLP/IP) registered in Kazakhstan.

This instruction demonstrates a test connection to the CloudPayments payment system. To connect an active account, you need confirmation from the payment system.

To accept payments in a currency that is not the currency of the country where the payment system is connected (KZ - KZT), you must contact CloudPayments support to enable the multi-currency payment function. Otherwise, payments will not be processed. Please pay attention to this!

If you are not registered with CloudPayments, please note that to connect to the CloudPayments payment system, you need to complete the following steps:

Agree on commercial terms: https://support.cloudpayments.ru/
Review the offer agreement
Fill out Appendix No.1, sign it, stamp it, and send it to sales@cloudpayments.kz
Perform the technical integration of the website
Ensure the website complies with the requirements

Key Conditions:

Funds are transferred in KZT on the next or third business day (depending on the bank) after the transaction, to the account of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur in any bank in Kazakhstan, minus the commission.
Available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Connecting CloudPayments to Your Account on http://Leeloo.ai :

To connect the CloudPayments payment system to your account on http://Leeloo.ai , go to the "Settings" section (1).

On the page that opens, select "Payment Systems" (2), then choose CloudPayments. After that, click "+Add new connection".

After clicking "+Add new connection", you will need to enter the details you received when registering as a merchant in CloudPayments.

Name (any name of your choice).
Description (any description of your choice). Please note that this field is optional.
Public ID – assigned to you upon registration with CloudPayments.
API Secret – also provided upon registration with CloudPayments.
Domain – specify KZ for Kazakhstan.

Additional parameters:

Transfer commission
Transfer fee
Accrual currency
Transaction currency

Click Save.

You can find your Public ID and API Secret in your CloudPayments account under the "Sites" section.

After navigating to this section, click on "Settings"

On the page that opens, you will find all the necessary data.

Enable pay notifications and fail notifications and place the link in the "Address" field:

We are pleased to inform you that you can now apply for CloudPayments payment system integration directly from the platform.

You can do this in the "Settings" section, under the "Payment Systems" subsection.

There is also information about receipts. You can find it in the integration settings.

Thanks to these changes, when processing a payment, you will be able to see automatically generated receipts, which will be sent to the tax authorities by the payment system.

If you enable the receipt transmission setting, the fields "Transaction currency" and "Accrual currency" must be set to rubles, as shown in the example screenshot below.

Starting from the update to version 0.52.0, you will be able to accept payments using cards that contain not the standard 16 digits, but 18 digits.

Apple/Google Pay Settings

Google Pay works by default without additional settings.
Apple Pay – If you are using your custom domain on the Leeloo platform and want to use Apple Pay, follow these steps:

Go to the Sites section, click "Add Site", and enter your proxy domain that is added in Leeloo.
Open the Settings section of the site you just added.
Scroll down and enable the Apple Pay toggle.
Click "Save notifications".

⚠ IMPORTANT!

If your account settings use the proxy domain that was registered for your CloudPayments store, you can enable Apple Pay.
If you used a different domain when connecting CloudPayments (different from the one specified in Leeloo under "proxy domain"), you need to reconnect CloudPayments to Leeloo using the exact domain listed in Leeloo.
If you don’t have a custom domain in Leeloo, add https://wep.wf in CloudPayments under the "Sites" section and enable the Apple Pay toggle.
