How to restore/change the password?

The procedures for recovering and changing a password are the same. Follow these simple steps to change or recover your password:

1. Go to the platform's login page https://app.leeloo.ai/login

2. Click on "Recovery password":3. Enter your e-mail address, which is registered to your account , and click on the "Get recovery letter" button : ( Img 1-2)

3 - Go to the "Inbox" of your email and open the email from leeloo.help: (Img. 3)

If you haven't received an email from leeloo.help within a minute, check your "Spam" folder and other folders. If the email is not there either, contact technical support.

4. In the opened email, click on the "Change password" button: ( Img. 4)

6. Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Passwords must match. Then click the "Confirm" button (Img. 5)
