How to restore/change the password?

The procedures for recovering and changing a password are the same. Follow these simple steps to change or recover your password:

1. Go to the platform's login page https://app.leeloo.ai/login

2. Click on "Recovery password":3. Enter your e-mail address, which is registered to your account , and click on the "Get recovery letter"

• 1 - field for entering the email address, which is the login for the platform.

• 2 - button for sending the password recovery email.

3 - Go to the "Inbox" of your email and open the email from leeloo.help

If you haven't received an email from leeloo.help within a minute, check your "Spam" folder and other folders. If the email is not there either, contact technical support.

4. In the opened email, click on the "Change password" button

5. Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Passwords must match. Then click the "Confirm" button

6.Done! Now, enter your email and new password into the login form, then click "Log in":
